Important: Your 45-minute setup time and 45-minute breakdown time are separate from your 6-hour event rental.

The $425 booking payment is non-refundable and is applied toward the $850 rental price.

A separate $250 refundable security deposit is required. The remaining $425 balance and $250 security deposit are due no later than 7 days before your event.

Terms and Conditions

SIGNATURE EVENT CENTER – RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking Signature Event Center, the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Reservation & Payment
A reservation is not confirmed until the required booking payment has been received. The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid by the required due date. Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Security Deposit
A $250 refundable security deposit is required. The security deposit will be returned after the event provided the venue is left clean, there is no damage to the property, and all tables, chairs, equipment, and other venue property are returned to their proper places and condition. Costs for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other violations may be deducted from the security deposit.

Rental Time
The renter is responsible for remaining within the time included in the package purchased. This includes the event and any applicable setup/cleanup time unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Additional time must be approved and may result in additional charges.

Guest Capacity
The maximum capacity of Signature Event Center is 105 guests. The renter agrees not to exceed the permitted capacity.

Decorations & Vendors
Outside decorators and vendors are permitted. The renter is responsible for ensuring that all vendors follow venue rules. Decorations may not cause permanent damage to walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, or other property.

Alcohol
Alcohol may only be served in accordance with applicable laws and Signature Event Center policies. The renter assumes responsibility for their guests and for complying with all alcohol-related requirements.

Cleaning & Damages
The renter is responsible for leaving the venue in acceptable condition. Trash must be properly disposed of, and the space must be left reasonably clean. The renter is financially responsible for damage caused by the renter, guests, vendors, or other persons associated with the event.

Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations and requests to change an event date are subject to Signature Event Center’s cancellation and rescheduling policy. Payments already made may be nonrefundable depending on the timing of the cancellation and expenses incurred in connection with the reservation.

Personal Property
Signature Event Center is not responsible for personal belongings or property that is lost, stolen, damaged, or left behind before, during, or after an event.

Conduct & Safety
The renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests and vendors. Unsafe, illegal, excessively disruptive, or damaging behavior may result in the event being ended without refund.

Agreement
By completing the booking and checking the Terms & Conditions box at checkout, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rental Terms & Conditions.
