These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of the AI Art Direction Guide through the 2WULFFS online store.
By purchasing the Guide, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About the Guide
The AI Art Direction Guide is a digital educational product created by 2WULFFS.
The Guide covers topics including creative concept development, Art Direction, AI image and video workflows, prompts, visual references and the creative process from idea to final output.
The exact contents of the Guide are described on the product page at the time of purchase.
2. Digital Delivery
The Guide is delivered digitally following successful payment.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that you have the necessary device, software and internet connection to access the Guide.
If you experience a technical problem accessing the Guide, please contact us at projects@2wulffs.com and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve the issue.
3. Personal Licence and Intellectual Property
All content in the Guide—including text, images, graphics, prompts, frameworks, workflows, examples and other materials—is owned by or licensed to 2WULFFS, unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Guide for your own personal and professional creative development.
You may not:
copy, reproduce or redistribute the Guide or substantial parts of it;
share, resell, sublicense or transfer the Guide to another person;
upload the Guide to public websites, file-sharing platforms or marketplaces;
use the Guide to create or sell a competing educational product;
claim 2WULFFS’ original materials or written content as your own.
Purchasing the Guide does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property to you.
4. Educational Purpose
The Guide is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
It is intended to support your creative development and understanding of Art Direction with AI. It does not constitute legal, financial, business or professional advice.
We do not guarantee any particular creative, professional, commercial or financial outcome from using the Guide.
5. AI Tools and Third-Party Services
The Guide may refer to or demonstrate third-party AI tools, software and platforms.
These services may change their features, pricing, availability or terms over time. We do not guarantee that any particular tool, feature, prompt or workflow will remain available or function in exactly the same way in the future.
Your use of third-party tools is subject to the terms and conditions of their respective providers.
6. Prices and Payment
The price of the Guide is displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Payment must be completed before the Guide is delivered.
We reserve the right to change the price of the Guide at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
Any applicable taxes, including VAT, will be handled as indicated at checkout.
7. Right of Withdrawal
For consumers in the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal may generally apply to digital purchases.
Where the Guide is delivered immediately, you may be asked to expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
Where these legal requirements have been fulfilled, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because you change your mind.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Refunds
Because the Guide is a digital product delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivery has begun and the applicable legal requirements for loss of the right of withdrawal have been fulfilled.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
9. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the information and techniques presented in the Guide.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of AI tools and any resulting images, videos, music, trademarks, likenesses or other creative assets complies with applicable laws and the terms of the relevant platforms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2WULFFS will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Guide.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted under applicable law.
11. Privacy
Any personal information provided during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect when you complete your order, unless a change is required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
