4. Digital Products – License, Not Ownership

All digital products are licensed, not sold. Purchasers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, manuals, templates, branding, and training considerations, is protected under Canadian intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of 4DUAV Solutions.

6. Transport Canada & Aviation Disclaimer

Training does not constitute regulatory approval, certification, or authorization to operate RPAS. Users are solely responsible for compliance with Transport Canada regulations, licensing, insurance, and safe operations.

7. No Guarantee of Results 4DUAV makes no guarantees regarding exam results, approvals, employment outcomes, or business success.

8. Payments & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access is granted. If delivery fails due to a technical issue, the sole remedy is replacement access or refund at 4DUAV’s discretion.

9. Consulting & Live

Calls If included with purchase, calls must be scheduled by the purchaser. Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. No-shows forfeit the call.

10. Limitation of Liability All products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4DUAV Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including regulatory penalties or aviation incidents.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Jurisdiction is exclusively in British Columbia courts.
