Documents Required for Citizenship Consultation

Please have clear copies of the following available:

• Your birth certificate

• Jamaican birth certificate of parent

• Jamaican birth certificate of grandparent (if applying through grandparent)

• Your government-issued ID

• Parent’s government ID (required for minors)

• Marriage or legal name-change document(s), if applicable

If eligible, a separate invoice for Phase 2 (Application Completion) will be sent for $100.
