These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase and use of The Complete Dream Closet Building Guide(the “Guide”), sold by 8cycledwood LLC (“8cycledwood,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or downloading the Guide, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital Product
The Complete Dream Closet Building Guide is a digital, downloadable product. No physical product, materials, tools, or hardware are included with your purchase.
Following successful payment, you will receive access to download the Guide. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to your downloaded files.
2. Personal Use License
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Guide for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may:
Download and save the Guide for your personal use.
Print a copy for your personal reference.
Use the information and instructions in the Guide to build a closet for yourself or your household.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share the Guide.
Upload the Guide to websites, social media, file-sharing services, or other platforms for distribution.
Resell, sublicense, transfer, or commercially distribute the Guide.
Give or send copies of the Guide to other people.
Repackage, reproduce, or create a competing guide or product using substantial portions of the Guide.
Use the Guide as a paid resource for clients or customers without prior written permission from 8cycledwood LLC.
If another person wants to use the Guide, please direct them to purchase their own copy.
3. Intellectual Property
The Guide, including its original written content, photographs, graphics, diagrams, layouts, instructions, and other original materials, is owned by 8cycledwood LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Copyrighted.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the Guide or any intellectual-property rights to you.
4. DIY & Construction Disclaimer
The Guide is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
DIY construction projects involve inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, falls, injury, property damage, improper installation, structural failure, and risks associated with tools, equipment, materials, and construction activities.
You are solely responsible for determining whether any project, material, tool, measurement, installation method, or construction technique is appropriate and safe for your particular circumstances.
Always use appropriate safety equipment and follow applicable manufacturer instructions, building codes, regulations, and laws. When appropriate, consult a qualified contractor, electrician, engineer, or other licensed professional.
8cycledwood LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, or other consequences resulting from your use of the Guide or from constructing, installing, or using a project based on information contained in the Guide.
5. Measurements & Project-Specific Information
The measurements, dimensions, material quantities, instructions, and other information contained in the Guide are based on the specific project and circumstances for which the Guide was created.
Your space, existing conditions, materials, tools, and construction methods may differ.
Always independently verify measurements and dimensions before cutting materials, purchasing materials, or beginning construction.
8cycledwood LLC does not guarantee that the project or any portion of it will be suitable for every space, structure, material, tool, or circumstance.
6. No Professional Advice
Nothing contained in the Guide constitutes professional construction, architectural, engineering, electrical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The Guide is intended to share our experience and approach to a DIY project. You should obtain professional advice when appropriate for your particular project or circumstances.
7. No Guarantee of Results
8cycledwood LLC does not guarantee any particular result from using the Guide.
Your results may vary based on your skill level, tools, materials, measurements, available space, existing conditions, construction methods, and other circumstances.
8. Refunds
Because The Complete Dream Closet Building Guide is a digital product delivered electronically, all sales are final once the Guide has been accessed or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where 8cycledwood LLC determines that a refund is appropriate.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading the Guide, please contact hello@8cycledwood.com, and we will help resolve the issue.
9. Pricing & Taxes
The purchase price displayed at checkout is the price of the Guide. Applicable sales or other taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8cycledwood LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your purchase or use of the Guide.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8cycledwood LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of the Guide will not exceed the $88 purchase price paid for the Guide.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Changes to the Guide
8cycledwood LLC may update, modify, or improve the Guide from time to time. We may provide updated versions to customers at our discretion.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase will generally govern that purchase, except where a change is required by applicable law or otherwise applies to your ongoing relationship with us.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
