Bedtime. Lights off. And your brain decides now's the time to replay a conversation from years ago, plan a holiday you're not taking, and list everything you've forgotten this week.
This is the thing I actually do. Write each thought down, one word or one sentence. In the morning, read it over your cuppa and pick three, if they even matter. Most of it is a load of old rubbish by morning.
Inside:
– 14 night pages, each followed by a morning "pick 3" page with tiny first steps
– 2 weekly "what kept coming back?" reviews
– Daytime dumps for when it's all too much
– A page for the things that seemed huge at 2am
Comes two ways: printable (A4 and US Letter, so you can print as many night pages as you like) and iPad.
(Lived experience, not medical advice.)
