PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING, USING, OR PURCHASING ANY AI AFFILIATE EMPIRE PRODUCT, SERVICE, OR CONTENT.
By accessing AI Affiliate Empire, purchasing any AI Affiliate Empire product, accessing the AI Affiliate Empire Discord community, or otherwise using any content or services provided by AI Affiliate Empire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not purchase, access, or use AI Affiliate Empire products, services, content, or communities.
For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "AI Affiliate Empire," "we," "us," "our," and the "Company" refer to the business known as AI Affiliate Empire, operated by Eli Denny, Max Bennison, and Mike Timmerman.
1. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE AND OWNERSHIP
AI Affiliate Empire provides digital educational products, training materials, videos, tutorials, strategies, methods, prompts, documents, resources, graphics, written materials, community content, and other proprietary information (collectively, the "Content").
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all Content provided through AI Affiliate Empire is owned by or licensed to AI Affiliate Empire and is provided to purchasers solely for their individual, personal use.
Purchasing access to AI Affiliate Empire does not transfer ownership of the Content or any intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, AI Affiliate Empire grants each purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Content for the purchaser's own personal educational and business purposes.
2. NO COPYING, RESELLING, REDISTRIBUTION, OR RECREATION
AI Affiliate Empire Content is proprietary and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished, resold, licensed, sublicensed, transferred, shared, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from AI Affiliate Empire.
You may not, without written authorization:
Copy or substantially reproduce AI Affiliate Empire course materials, videos, documents, prompts, methods, graphics, resources, or other protected Content;
Record or screen-record protected course videos or materials for redistribution;
Upload or distribute protected Content to another website, course platform, social-media account, community, file-sharing service, or other distribution channel;
Sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, or give away protected AI Affiliate Empire Content;
Purchase the product and provide copies of the protected Content to another individual;
Repackage, substantially reproduce, or present protected AI Affiliate Empire materials as your own;
Create or sell a course, program, membership, digital product, training, guide, resource, or other product that copies or substantially reproduces protected AI Affiliate Empire Content;
Use protected AI Affiliate Empire videos, written materials, graphics, templates, or other copyrighted expression as the basis of a competing product through copying or unauthorized adaptation; or
Circumvent access controls or otherwise obtain or distribute AI Affiliate Empire Content without authorization.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a purchaser from independently applying general knowledge, skills, ideas, methods, or techniques learned through the program to the purchaser's own business to the extent permitted by applicable intellectual-property law.
Unauthorized use or distribution of protected AI Affiliate Empire Content may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject the violating party to legal remedies available under applicable law.
3. ACCOUNT ACCESS AND ACCOUNT SHARING
Your purchase is intended for one individual purchaser only, unless AI Affiliate Empire expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
You may not share your account, login credentials, course access, private links, files, downloads, or other access credentials with another person.
You may not allow another individual, business, employee, partner, friend, family member, customer, or third party to use your account to access paid Content without authorization from AI Affiliate Empire.
AI Affiliate Empire may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably determines that account sharing, unauthorized access, redistribution, or another violation of these Terms has occurred.
Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
4. DISCORD COMMUNITY
A purchase may include access to the private AI Affiliate Empire Discord community.
Discord access is provided only to eligible purchasers and may not be transferred or shared with non-members.
Members may not distribute paid AI Affiliate Empire Content, protected course materials, private community resources, or other members' confidential/private information outside the community without authorization.
Members must not use the community to engage in unlawful activity, harassment, spam, fraud, unauthorized solicitation, intellectual-property infringement, or conduct that materially disrupts the community.
AI Affiliate Empire reserves the right to moderate the community and suspend or terminate community access for violations of these Terms or applicable community rules.
Removal from the Discord community because of a violation of these Terms does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.
5. LIFETIME ACCESS
Where a product is advertised as including "lifetime access," this means access for the commercial lifetime of the applicable AI Affiliate Empire product or program while AI Affiliate Empire continues to operate and make that product or substantially equivalent content available.
"Lifetime access" does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or any individual owner/operator of AI Affiliate Empire, nor does it guarantee that any particular third-party platform, website, Discord server, software provider, feature, lesson, or hosting service will remain available indefinitely.
AI Affiliate Empire may update, modify, reorganize, replace, migrate, or discontinue individual lessons, resources, platforms, features, or components of the program as reasonably necessary.
6. ALL SALES FINAL — ZERO REFUNDS
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
Due to the immediate-access and digital nature of AI Affiliate Empire's products and Content, AI Affiliate Empire maintains a no-refund policy.
Once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted, no voluntary refunds will be provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
This policy applies regardless of whether the purchaser:
Changes their mind;
Decides they no longer want the product;
Fails to access or use the product;
Fails to complete the course or training;
Does not participate in the Discord community;
Is dissatisfied with the Content;
Determines that the program requires more time or effort than anticipated;
Does not implement the information provided;
Does not achieve their desired results;
Experiences changes in personal, financial, employment, or business circumstances; or
Has their access terminated because they violated these Terms.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
7. PAYMENT PLANS, KLARNA, AND AFTERPAY
AI Affiliate Empire may allow eligible customers to use third-party payment or financing providers, including Klarnaand Afterpay.
Any financing, installment arrangement, or payment service offered by a third-party provider is also subject to that provider's separate terms, eligibility requirements, payment schedule, fees, policies, and agreements.
Using Klarna, Afterpay, or another financing provider does not change AI Affiliate Empire's no-refund policy.
Where applicable, obligations owed to a third-party financing provider are governed by the purchaser's agreement with that provider.
AI Affiliate Empire is not responsible for financing decisions, late fees, credit decisions, payment-processing issues, account restrictions, or other actions taken independently by Klarna, Afterpay, or another third-party payment provider.
8. PRICES AND PAYMENT
You agree to pay the price displayed and agreed to at the time of purchase.
Prices may be changed at any time for future purchases. A later discount, promotion, sale, price reduction, or change in product pricing does not entitle a previous purchaser to a refund, reimbursement, credit, or price adjustment.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and a valid payment method.
9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS OR EARNINGS
AI Affiliate Empire provides educational information and training. We do not guarantee income, commissions, revenue, profit, followers, views, account growth, sales, conversions, TikTok Shop acceptance or eligibility, affiliate-program acceptance, business growth, or any other particular result.
Any examples, demonstrations, case studies, testimonials, screenshots, revenue figures, commission figures, sales figures, or results discussed or displayed by AI Affiliate Empire are provided for informational or illustrative purposes and are not promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Results vary from person to person and depend on numerous factors outside AI Affiliate Empire's control, including the purchaser's effort, implementation, experience, skills, resources, consistency, market conditions, platform rules, audience, product selection, business decisions, and other circumstances.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing the information provided and for your own business decisions.
10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
AI Affiliate Empire may discuss or rely upon third-party platforms, tools, software, websites, payment processors, social-media platforms, AI services, affiliate programs, and other external services.
These services are operated independently of AI Affiliate Empire.
AI Affiliate Empire does not control and cannot guarantee the continued operation, availability, rules, algorithms, eligibility requirements, policies, features, pricing, or decisions of any third-party platform.
This includes, without limitation, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Discord, Stan, Klarna, Afterpay, payment processors, AI platforms, social-media platforms, and other third-party services.
Changes made by third parties do not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund.
11. ACCURACY AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
AI Affiliate Empire uses reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational information. However, online platforms, AI technology, affiliate programs, social-media systems, business practices, and related technologies may change rapidly.
AI Affiliate Empire does not warrant that all information will remain accurate, current, complete, or applicable indefinitely.
The Content is provided for educational and informational purposes and should not be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.
12. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
You agree not to use AI Affiliate Empire, its Content, or its communities for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
AI Affiliate Empire may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when it reasonably determines that a purchaser has materially violated these Terms.
Where access is terminated because of a purchaser's violation of these Terms, the purchaser will not be entitled to a voluntary refund.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS
AI Affiliate Empire respects the intellectual-property rights of others.
If you believe that your intellectual property has been used through AI Affiliate Empire in a manner that infringes your rights, please contact:

Your notice should include your name and contact information, identification of the work or intellectual property at issue, an explanation of the alleged infringement, the location of the allegedly infringing material, and any other information reasonably necessary to investigate the matter.
14. COMMUNICATIONS
By purchasing a product or providing your contact information, you agree that AI Affiliate Empire may send transactional and administrative communications relating to your purchase, account, access, program updates, policies, and services.
Any marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and available opt-out rights.
15. SECURITY
AI Affiliate Empire may use commercially reasonable measures to protect its systems and Content, but no website, platform, account, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You acknowledge the inherent risks associated with using internet-based services.
16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI AFFILIATE EMPIRE'S PRODUCTS, CONTENT, COMMUNITIES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
AI AFFILIATE EMPIRE MAKES NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT THE CONTENT WILL MEET EVERY PURCHASER'S EXPECTATIONS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS, FINANCIAL, SOCIAL-MEDIA, AFFILIATE, OR OTHER RESULT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI AFFILIATE EMPIRE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT MAY OTHERWISE APPLY, EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI AFFILIATE EMPIRE AND ITS OPERATORS, INCLUDING ELI DENNY, MAX BENNISON, AND MIKE TIMMERMAN, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR PURCHASE, USE OF THE CONTENT, BUSINESS ACTIVITIES, THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Affiliate Empire and its operators, representatives, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of or relating to your material violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Content or services, your infringement of another person's rights, or unlawful materials you distribute using AI Affiliate Empire resources.
19. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
AI Affiliate Empire reserves the right to suspend or terminate a purchaser's access for material violations of these Terms, including unauthorized account sharing, piracy, copying, redistribution, resale, infringement, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of protected Content.
Termination because of a purchaser's violation of these Terms does not entitle that purchaser to a voluntary refund.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective following termination.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, AI Affiliate Empire, or a purchase from AI Affiliate Empire shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts serving Rockingham County, North Carolina, and the parties consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
AI Affiliate Empire may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Updated Terms may be posted through the applicable storefront, website, product portal, or other location where these Terms are made available.
Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law. You should periodically review the current Terms.
22. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with any checkout terms, product-specific terms, privacy policy, or other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and AI Affiliate Empire concerning your purchase and use of the applicable products and services.
