These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of A Simpler Day, including our digital products, planners, printables, templates, guides, downloads, and related content (“Products”).
By accessing this store or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT A SIMPLER DAY
A Simpler Day provides digital products designed to help make everyday planning, organization, routines, and personal development feel simpler and less overwhelming.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All Products sold through A Simpler Day are digital unless otherwise specifically stated.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final except where otherwise required by law or where the Product is defective, inaccessible, or not delivered as described.

3. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own personal use.
You may:
• Download the Product to your personal devices.
• Print copies for your own personal use.
• Reprint reusable planner or worksheet pages for yourself.
You may not:
• Sell, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Product.
• Share the digital file with friends, family members, coworkers, clients, groups, or online communities.
• Upload the Product to another website, file-sharing platform, social media account, marketplace, or shared drive.
• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative products for resale or commercial use.
• Claim any A Simpler Day Product or design as your own.
Each purchase is intended for one individual purchaser unless a separate commercial or group license is expressly provided.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, all original Products, written content, graphics, designs, worksheets, planner pages, branding, and other materials created for A Simpler Day are owned by A Simpler Day and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a Product does not transfer ownership or copyright to the purchaser.
5. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY
A Simpler Day Products are provided for general informational, organizational, educational, and personal-development purposes.
Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any medical or mental-health condition.
References to terms such as “ADHD-friendly,” “low-overwhelm,” wellness, emotional well-being, routines, organization, or similar topics describe the style or intended use of a Product and are not medical claims.
Nothing provided by A Simpler Day should be considered medical, psychological, legal, financial, nutritional, or other licensed professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether any Product is appropriate for your own circumstances.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
A Simpler Day provides tools and resources intended to support planning, organization, reflection, routines, and everyday life.
Individual results vary.
We do not guarantee that use of any Product will improve productivity, eliminate overwhelm, achieve a particular personal result, or produce any specific outcome.
7. ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, useful, and accessible Products.
However, Products and information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that every Product will be suitable for every individual or that digital delivery platforms will always operate without interruption.
8. PAYMENTS
You agree to pay the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors and platforms, including Stan and its supported payment providers.
A Simpler Day does not directly store your full payment-card information.
9. REFUND POLICY
Due to the downloadable and reproducible nature of digital Products, all sales are final once the Product has been delivered or made available for download, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Failure to read the Product description before purchase
• Failure to use or print the Product
• Compatibility issues caused by the purchaser’s device, printer, software, or third-party application
• Accidental purchases, except where required by law
If you believe you received the wrong file, a corrupted or unusable file, or were unable to access your purchase due to a delivery issue, please contact ASimplerDayCo@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
To help us investigate the issue, you may be asked to provide reasonable supporting information, such as:
• Your order confirmation or email address used at checkout
• A screenshot or screen recording showing the error or problem
• The name of the file you received
• A brief description of the steps you took to access the file
We may first attempt to resolve the issue by resending, replacing, or providing an alternate copy of the Product.
If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion or where required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
10. EMAIL AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
When you make a purchase, you may be required to provide information such as your name and email address so your order can be processed and delivered.
Transactional emails may include purchase confirmations, receipts, download instructions, and important information about your order.
Marketing or promotional emails will be handled separately where required, and you may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe option provided.

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or technical failures caused solely by third-party providers, although we will make reasonable efforts to help customers resolve access or delivery issues related to their purchases.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Simpler Day will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use our Products.
Our total liability relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that Product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to use A Simpler Day Products or content:
• For unlawful purposes.
• To infringe another person’s rights.
• For unauthorized commercial resale or distribution.
• To falsely represent our Products as your own work.
• In any manner intended to interfere with or damage the store, website, or digital delivery system.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Updates will apply prospectively from the date they are posted. Your purchase remains subject to the terms and policies presented at the time of purchase, except where changes are required by law.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Georgia, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
