Customer Service Agreement
This Customer Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for your enrollment in the online courses and 1-to-1 coaching services provided by Via Amor Enterprises (“We” or “Us”). By enrolling in our courses or booking a coaching session, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Course Access and Materials
1.1. Upon enrollment, you will be granted access to the course materials, which may include videos, text, audio, quizzes, and other resources (“Course Materials”).
1.2. All Course Materials are the intellectual property of Via Amor Enterprises and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
1.3. The Course Materials are intended for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. You are advised to consult the appropriate professionals before making changes to your health, lifestyle, or other matters.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course Materials for your personal learning purposes only.
2.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Course Materials without our prior written consent.
2.3. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and the confidentiality of any downloaded Course Materials.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. All purchases, including online courses and 1-to-1 coaching sessions, are non-refundable.
3.2. By enrolling or booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the course or service description and understand its content.
4. Rescheduling Policy for 1-to-1 Coaching Calls
4.1. You may reschedule a 1-to-1 coaching session once, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
4.2. Missed appointments or failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session.
5. Course and Service Availability
5.1. We strive to ensure the Course Materials and coaching services are available as advertised. However, we reserve the right to suspend access temporarily for maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1. All Course Materials and coaching services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6.2. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Via Amor Enterprises is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Course Materials or coaching services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Termination
8.1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Course Materials or coaching services and this Agreement at any time for any reason, with or without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (or your specific country of operation).
10. Entire Agreement
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Via Amor Enterprises regarding the courses and coaching services and supersedes all prior communications, whether oral or written.
11. Severability
11.1. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
12. Updates to Agreement
12.1. We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

BY ENROLLING IN OUR COURSES OR BOOKING A 1-TO-1 COACHING SESSION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
