ELITE PROPERTY CIRCLE — CLIENT AGREEMENT
Provided by Abisoye Oniru & Sebastian Newby, Co-Founders of the Elite Property Circle
This Agreement is entered into between Abisoye Oniru and Sebastian Newby (“the Providers”) and the individual purchasing access to the Elite Property Circle (“the Client”). By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause of this Agreement. This is a legally binding document. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not proceed with your purchase.
⬡ IMPORTANT — DIGITAL PRODUCT
The Elite Property Circle is a digital product. Upon purchase, the Client will receive immediate access to all digital course materials, content, resources, and associated online community platforms. No physical product will be delivered. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they have a compatible device and stable internet connection to access the programme. Technical issues on the Client’s end do not constitute grounds for a refund.
⚠ NON-REFUNDABLE — ALL SALES ARE FINAL
By purchasing this programme, the Client expressly agrees that all payments are strictly non-refundable. As this is a digital product with immediate access granted upon purchase, no refunds, exchanges, partial credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances — including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to complete the course, or dissatisfaction with results. The Client is encouraged to review all available information about the programme thoroughly before purchasing. Completion of payment constitutes full acceptance of this no-refund policy.
1. NATURE OF THE PROGRAMME
The Elite Property Circle is an educational programme delivering knowledge, strategies, and guidance on property investment. All content is created and provided by Abisoye Oniru and Sebastian Newby strictly for informational and educational purposes. Nothing contained within this programme constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. The Client agrees to seek independent professional advice before making any property or financial decisions.
2. THE CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS
In order to benefit fully from the Elite Property Circle, the Client agrees and commits to the following:
• The Client must complete the course in its entirety, including all modules, lessons, and supplementary materials provided.
• The Client understands that partial engagement with the course does not entitle them to a refund, reduction in price, or any other compensation.
• The Client accepts full personal responsibility for completing the programme within any access timeframe specified at the point of purchase.
• The Client agrees to engage with the material actively and in good faith to maximise their results.
• The Client acknowledges that support from the Providers is offered in good faith and is contingent on the Client’s active participation in the programme.
3. ACCESS & USE OF MATERIALS
• Access to the programme is granted electronically upon successful receipt of payment.
• The Client’s login credentials and access links are strictly for their personal use only.
• The Client must not share, transfer, or sell access to any third party under any circumstances.
• The Providers reserve the right to immediately revoke access if credentials are found to have been shared or misused, without any entitlement to a refund.
• Access to the Elite Property Circle WhatsApp community is included as part of this Agreement and is subject to Clause 5 below.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content within the Elite Property Circle — including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, PDFs, worksheets, templates, written materials, and all other resources — remains the sole intellectual property of Abisoye Oniru and Sebastian Newby.
• The Client may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, share, or repurpose any part of the course content without prior written permission from the Providers.
• The Client is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for private educational purposes only.
• Breach of this clause may result in legal action and immediate termination of access without refund.
5. COMMUNITY GROUP — CODE OF CONDUCT
Access to the Elite Property Circle WhatsApp community group is included as a benefit of this programme. By joining the group, the Client agrees to:
• Conduct themselves with respect and professionalism towards all members and the Providers at all times.
• Refrain from posting spam, unsolicited promotions, misleading information, or content unrelated to the programme.
• Treat all discussions within the group as confidential and not share content externally without prior consent.
• Accept that the Providers reserve the right to remove any member from the group for conduct that falls below these standards, without any entitlement to a refund.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
• The Elite Property Circle provides education only. No specific financial outcome, return on investment, or result is guaranteed.
• Property investment carries inherent financial risk. Any results discussed within the programme reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.
• The Providers shall not be held liable for any financial loss, damage, or consequence of any kind arising from the Client’s use of information provided in this programme.
• The Client takes full personal responsibility for all decisions made as a result of engaging with this programme.
7. PAYMENT TERMS
• Full payment is required before access to the programme is granted.
• The price payable is as stated at the point of purchase.
• Any promotional or discounted pricing is offered at the sole discretion of the Providers and may be withdrawn at any time.
• All payments are final and non-refundable as set out in this Agreement.
• The Client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute. Any such action will be vigorously contested, and the Client may be liable for any associated costs.
8. AMENDMENTS TO THE PROGRAMME
The Providers reserve the right to update, modify, or improve any aspect of the course content, delivery method, or community platform at any time. The Providers further reserve the right to amend the terms of this Agreement, with updates taking effect upon publication. Continued use of the programme following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
CLIENT DECLARATION
By completing payment for the Elite Property Circle, I confirm that:
• I am 18 years of age or older.
• I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all clauses of this Agreement.
• I understand and accept that this is a digital product and no physical item will be delivered.
• I understand and accept that my payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
• I commit to completing the course in its entirety to maximise my results.
• I understand that no specific financial result is guaranteed, and I take full responsibility for my own decisions.
• I agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any course materials without written permission.
