Grounds may include:

IMMEDIATE TERMINATION

Separate Purchases

Service Confirmation

Provider-Side Technical or Fulfillment Issues

If Alba La Panthera is unable to provide a purchased service because of an unrecoverable issue originating entirely on the provider's side, an appropriate resolution may be offered at the provider's discretion and consistent with applicable law.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a scheduled Zoom session must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Requests made within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of that session.

Late Arrival

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session time.

The session will end at the originally scheduled conclusion time, and the full service price remains applicable.

Missed Sessions

Failure to attend a scheduled session without an approved reschedule may result in forfeiture of that session without refund, credit, or replacement.

The client is responsible for saving and maintaining any recording provided to them within any communicated access period.

7. REPORTS, CHARTS, AND CLIENT-PROVIDED INFORMATION

Services involving astrology, numerology, Human Design, or other birth-data-dependent systems rely upon information provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Birth date

  • Birth time

  • Birth location

  • Legal or preferred name when relevant

  • Other information specifically requested for analysis

Alba La Panthera is not responsible for discrepancies resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, estimated, or incorrectly submitted information.

If revised client information requires a report or analysis to be recreated, additional fees may apply.

8. BETWEEN-SESSION AND BETWEEN-CYCLE COMMUNICATION

Some private services include limited correspondence or integration support between scheduled sessions.

The exact level of communication depends upon the service purchased.

Unless specifically included in the service description, correspondence does not provide:

  • 24/7 access

  • Unlimited messaging

  • Immediate responses

  • Continuous real-time analysis

  • Continuous divination

  • Continuous astrology monitoring

  • Unlimited questions

  • Crisis support

  • On-demand decision guidance

  • Additional private sessions through email

  • Continuous analysis of every event that occurs between scheduled sessions

Information submitted between sessions may be reviewed and carried into the following scheduled session when deeper analysis is appropriate.

The existence of an email address, messaging channel, or prior correspondence does not create unlimited permission to contact the service provider.

9. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND COMMUNICATION BOUNDARIES

Participation in private services requires professional and respectful communication and adherence to the stated service structure.

Clients agree to respect:

  • Communication boundaries

  • Scheduled session duration

  • Service scope

  • Correspondence limits

  • Designated communication channels

  • Personal and professional boundaries

  • Instructions associated with the purchased service

  • The provider's authority to determine how the contracted service is delivered within its stated scope

Conduct that may constitute a violation of these Terms includes, but is not limited to:

  • Repeated disregard of clearly communicated boundaries

  • Excessive correspondence beyond the scope of the purchased service

  • Repeated attempts to obtain unpaid analysis, interpretation, readings, advice, labor, or access

  • Attempts to override the stated structure of a service

  • Persistent demands for additional time or access

  • Harassing communication

  • Threatening or intimidating communication

  • Abusive, hostile, degrading, or aggressive communication

  • Manipulative or coercive communication

  • Repeatedly contacting the provider through channels that have not been approved for business communication

  • Continuing prohibited communication after being directed to stop

  • Attempts to pressure the provider into changing professional boundaries

  • Persistent attempts to extend sessions beyond their stated duration

  • Attempting to convert limited correspondence into unscheduled private sessions

  • Repeatedly demanding immediate responses

  • Misrepresenting the terms or scope of a purchased service

  • Interfering with the structured progression of a private service

  • Conduct that creates a hostile, coercive, unsafe, or professionally inappropriate working environment

A client's purchase does not establish ownership over the provider's time, availability, attention, personal life, communication channels, or labor beyond what is expressly included in the purchased service.

10. BOUNDARY NOTICE AND CORRECTIVE COMMUNICATION

When circumstances permit, Alba La Panthera may issue a written boundary notice identifying conduct that falls outside the service agreement and clarifying the appropriate structure moving forward.

A boundary notice may specify:

  • Which behavior must cease

  • Which communication channel must be used

  • What correspondence belongs inside a scheduled session

  • What is outside the purchased scope

  • What additional service would be required for expanded support

  • What may occur if the conduct continues

Once a boundary has been clearly communicated, continued violation may constitute a material breach of these Terms.

A warning is not required in circumstances involving serious harassment, threats, intimidation, abusive communication, coercive conduct, safety concerns, or severe professional-boundary violations.

11. TERMINATION OF SERVICES FOR CLIENT CONDUCT

Alba La Panthera reserves the authority to suspend, restrict, or terminate a service or professional relationship when a client's conduct materially violates these Terms, the service description, professional boundaries, communication policies, safety expectations, or the integrity of the service.

Grounds for termination may include:

  • Repeated boundary violations

  • Harassment

  • Threatening behavior

  • Abusive communication

  • Intimidation

  • Coercive conduct

  • Excessive out-of-scope demands

  • Persistent unauthorized contact

  • Repeated disregard of service instructions

  • Attempts to override professional boundaries

  • Material interference with the service structure

  • Conduct that makes continued delivery professionally inappropriate or unsafe

  • Continued violations after a written boundary notice

Immediate Termination

Serious misconduct may result in immediate termination without additional warning.

Effect of Termination

If a service is terminated because of client misconduct, harassment, material breach, or continued boundary violations:

All remaining sessions, correspondence privileges, private support, advisory access, continuation access, analysis, and unfulfilled portions of the active service are forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

No refund, partial refund, credit, transfer, replacement service, or compensation will be provided for the forfeited portion of a service terminated because of the client's material breach or misconduct.

Payments already made remain subject to the ALL SALES ARE FINAL policy.

Termination of one service may also result in refusal of future private-service purchases when continued professional engagement is determined to be inappropriate.

12. RIGHT TO DECLINE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICES

Alba La Panthera reserves the authority to decline, discontinue, or limit services when circumstances indicate that:

  • The requested service falls outside the provider's professional scope

  • The service is not appropriate for the circumstances presented

  • Continued participation would violate established boundaries

  • Client conduct materially interferes with delivery

  • Safety concerns arise

  • A professional relationship can no longer be maintained appropriately

  • A client repeatedly violates these Terms

This provision does not authorize unlawful discrimination and remains subject to applicable law.

13. CONFIDENTIALITY AND CLIENT INFORMATION

Personal information supplied by clients will be handled with reasonable care and used for purposes associated with providing the purchased services, maintaining business records, processing transactions, scheduling, correspondence, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Client information will not be sold to third parties.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, legal process, payment disputes, fraud prevention, protection of legal rights, or other circumstances authorized or required under applicable law.

Clients should avoid sending passwords, financial-account credentials, government identification numbers, or other information that is unnecessary for the service being provided.

14. SPIRITUAL, DIVINATORY, EDUCATIONAL, AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMER

Services offered by Alba La Panthera, including astrology, tarot, oracle, numerology, Human Design, Akashic work, spiritual interpretation, symbolic analysis, and related modalities, are provided for interpretive, spiritual, educational, reflective, and self-development purposes.

These services do not replace licensed:

  • Medical care

  • Mental-health treatment

  • Legal representation

  • Financial advice

  • Psychiatric treatment

  • Emergency or crisis services

Clients remain responsible for determining when licensed professional services are appropriate for their circumstances.

15. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND DECISION-MAKING

All decisions made before, during, or after a service remain the responsibility of the client.

Information provided through readings, reports, consultations, containers, advisory services, or correspondence does not constitute a guarantee of a specific event, result, relationship outcome, financial result, business result, medical result, legal result, or future circumstance.

The client retains responsibility for:

  • Decisions

  • Actions

  • Boundaries

  • Relationships

  • Purchases

  • Business activity

  • Financial decisions

  • Career decisions

  • Relocation decisions

  • Personal conduct

  • Implementation of information received

The provider does not assume decision-making authority over the client's life.

16. PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSIDERATIONS AND CRISIS SERVICES

Clients are responsible for determining whether they are emotionally and psychologically prepared to participate in reflective, spiritual, divinatory, or developmental work.

Services offered by Alba La Panthera are not designed to provide diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, emergency intervention, or stabilization of acute psychological distress.

Participation in a spiritual or interpretive service does not establish a therapist-patient, physician-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.

18. JOURNEY OF LIFE ANALYSIS — PHASE PURCHASES

Where the Journey of Life Analysis is offered through sequential phases:

  • Each phase is separately purchased

  • Each phase includes only the cycles stated in its service description

  • Completion of one phase does not include the next phase

  • Subsequent phases require separate payment

  • Phases may be subject to sequential participation requirements

  • Continuation is not guaranteed when client conduct violates these Terms

  • Between-cycle support remains limited to the scope described for that service

Long-term participation does not create unlimited correspondence, continuous real-time monitoring, or on-demand advisory access.

19. THE ORACLE CONTINUUM — ADVISORY FIELD PURCHASES

Where The Oracle Continuum is offered through separate advisory fields:

  • Each field is separately purchased

  • Each purchase includes only the field and cycles described in the applicable service listing

  • Continuation into another field requires a separate purchase

  • High-access support remains subject to communication boundaries

  • High-access does not mean unlimited or 24/7 access

  • Complex matters may be reserved for scheduled private sessions

  • Continued participation remains subject to these Professional Conduct and Termination provisions

The Oracle Continuum provides continuity of advisory within its stated scope. It does not transfer authority over the provider's schedule, availability, communication channels, or professional boundaries to the client.

20. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are provided for personal use.

Because access to digital material may begin immediately after purchase, digital-product purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Clients are responsible for maintaining access to downloaded files and following any instructions associated with the product.

Unauthorized redistribution, reproduction, resale, or publication is prohibited.

21. TESTIMONIALS AND CLIENT MATERIAL

Private information will not be publicly attributed to a client as a testimonial without appropriate permission.

When a client voluntarily provides a testimonial and grants permission for its use, Alba La Panthera may reproduce the authorized testimonial for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes consistent with the permission provided.

22. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alba La Panthera, its representatives, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, unauthorized use of intellectual property, or actions taken independently based upon information received through the services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alba La Panthera will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in spiritual, interpretive, educational, advisory, or digital services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

24. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Before initiating a payment dispute, clients are encouraged to contact Alba La Panthera regarding any legitimate billing or fulfillment concern.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically invalidate these Terms, the all-sales-final provision, intellectual-property protections, service records, attendance records, correspondence records, or documentation regarding fulfillment.

Alba La Panthera reserves the authority to provide relevant transaction records, service descriptions, acceptance of terms, correspondence, attendance information, delivery records, and other appropriate documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in response to payment disputes.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in refusal of future services.

25. CHANGES TO SERVICES

Service descriptions, pricing, availability, duration, features, and delivery structures may change over time.

A client receives the service terms applicable to the purchase made at the time of that transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to future offerings do not automatically modify a previously completed purchase.

26. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

Alba La Panthera may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically.

Updated Terms may be published on the website or communicated through appropriate business channels.

The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version presented or incorporated into the purchase process at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

Clients are encouraged to review the Terms before purchasing each service.

27. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By accessing the website, completing a purchase, submitting payment, scheduling a session, participating in a service, or accessing purchased materials, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
