Alchemystic Anomalist does not offer voluntary refunds, returns, exchanges, store credits, or transfers of purchases to other products or services.

  • Workshops, challenges, and Intensives

  • Memberships and recurring subscriptions

Changing your mind, purchasing the wrong offering, failing to use or complete your purchase, missing a session, failing to submit a required questionnaire, disagreeing with personalized feedback, or not achieving your desired results does not entitle you to a refund, exchange, or store credit.

For recurring memberships and subscriptions, you are responsible for canceling before your next renewal date. Canceling stops future renewals according to the applicable platform's billing policies. Previous payments and unused portions of paid subscription periods are not voluntarily refunded or credited.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Delivery, Scheduling & Fulfillment

Each purchase includes ONLY the materials, services, access, and support specifically described on its product page.

Personalized Services: Identity Audits and other personalized written assessments require accurate information and completion of any applicable questionnaire. Delivery timelines begin according to the intake and submission requirements stated for the purchased service.

Private Coaching Calls: Sessions must be scheduled using the provided booking instructions. At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or request rescheduling. Missed sessions and late cancellations are forfeited under the ordinary booking policy, without replacement sessions or voluntary refunds or credits.

Texting & Voice-Note Coaching: Support is provided during the purchased service period. Unlimited messaging does not mean immediate responses, 24/7 availability, or emergency support.

Digital Products & Programs: Access and delivery follow the conditions stated on the individual product page. Purchasing one offering does not entitle you to additional products, coaching, or services.

Client Responsibility & Service Boundaries

By purchasing, you agree to:

Your purchase grants you a personal-use, non-transferable license only.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, or share protected materials without written permission, including paid lessons, coaching recordings, Identity Audits, personalized assessments, and private coaching communications.
