The questionnaire is intentionally designed to help me see beyond the circumstances and understand the Identity operating within the area you want audited. You may even notice things about yourself simply by answering the questions that you had not recognized before.

You do not need to rush through it. Take the time you need to answer thoughtfully and honestly. Your 7-business-day delivery window does not begin until your completed questionnaire has been submitted.

You do NOT need to submit a 55-chapter memoir complete with screenshots, witness statements, supporting exhibits, three spreadsheets, and testimony from everyone who has known you since kindergarten.

But your answers do need to be honest, specific, and detailed enough for me to understand:

If your replacement questionnaire also falls outside the defined scope, attempts to include prohibited material again, or otherwise does not comply with the stated requirements, the audit will not be completed.
