Content Ownership and Copyright - All content provided within the products and services, including but not limited to courses, videos, PDFs, templates, webinars, and other educational materials (hereafter referred to as "Content"), is the intellectual property of Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Alice The Content Coach and is protected by copyright laws. - Any business ideas, including but not limited to the name of a business, product ideas, monetization strategies, or any other business-related concepts (hereafter referred to as "Business Ideas") provided as part of any course, plan, product, service, or program remain the exclusive intellectual property of of Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Alice The Content Coach until full payment for the course, plan, or program is made. - You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Content and Business Ideas for your personal use only, and only after full payment has been made.

Trade Secrets Certain methods, processes, strategies, and techniques provided within Digi-teAch, Alison McRobbie, Ali The Content Coach programs, including but not limited to the creation of niched digital education and info products, monetization systems, and scaling strategies (hereafter referred to as "Trade Secrets"), are considered proprietary and confidential. These Trade Secrets are a valuable asset of Digi-teAch, Alison McRobbie, Alice The Content Coach and are protected under applicable trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Trade Secrets strictly for your personal use and in the context of your participation in the purchased program or service when you have purchased the 365 plan and your personalised plan has been created for you. You may not disclose, distribute, or reproduce any Trade Secrets, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Digi-teAch, Alison McRobbie, Alice The Content Coach.

  5. Unauthorized use, disclosure, or misappropriation of these Trade Secrets will result in immediate termination of your access to all content and services, and may lead to legal action, including claims for damages and legal fees.

Intellectual Property Clause: Ownership of Content and Business Ideas - All content and business ideas available through Digi-teAch® and Alison MCrobbie, Alice The Content Coach including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials, are the exclusive property of Digi-teAch® Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach including any Business Ideas such as the name of a business, product ideas, monetization strategies, or any other business-related concepts. - The Content and Business Ideas are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws both in the United Kingdom and internationally. -Your Individual Business Analysis Report detailing your individual business concept and plan provided as part of any course, plan, or program remain the intellectual property of Digi-teach® and the 365 Plan until full payment is made by the customer.

  8. License for Use - Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Content and Business Ideas for your individual, non-commercial purposes only, and only after full payment has been made. - This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you, and you must not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, or in any way exploit any of the Content or Business Ideas, in whole or in part, outside the scope of the license granted.

  9. Prohibition on Infringement - Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of the Content or Business Ideas constitutes infringement and will be subject to civil and criminal penalties. - Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach reserves the right to seek full legal recourse, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, and attorney’s fees, against anyone who infringes on our intellectual property rights.

  10. Reporting Violations - If you become aware of any unauthorized use or distribution of the Content or Business Ideas, please report it immediately to info@digiteachonline.com. We take infringement seriously and will take appropriate action to protect our rights.

  11.  Payment Terms All payments are non-refundable once access has been granted via our digitable systems, you are issued with a login via the email you provided upon making  payment.  By making a payment, you agree to these terms.

  12. Cancellations and Rescheduling Participants may reschedule 1-on-1 sessions with at least 48 hours' notice. (please). Cancellations with 7 days notice. Fake or unverifiable contact details void any refund entitlement and will result in permanent exclusion from all services.

  13. Group sessions are scheduled in advance and cannot be rescheduled individually. Recorded sessions may be available for participants who cannot attend live. Persons acting on behalf of Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach may as a cause of life have to cancel a consulation, meeting or coaching session. If this occurs, it shall be rescheduled at no extra cost to the participant.

  14. Intellectual Property All content, materials, and resources provided during the program are the intellectual property of Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal use only unless given a specific licence to do otherwise.

  15. Participants may not distribute, share, or sell any program materials without express written permission.

  16. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the program. This includes business strategies, personal data, and any other confidential materials.The participant's success stories or testimonials may be used in marketing materials with their consent.

  17. Commitment and Accountability The success of the products provided by Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach depends on the participant’s active involvement. Participants are expected to engage fully in the sessions, complete any assigned work, and take ownership of their progress. The program offers guidance and support, but ultimate success depends on the participant’s effort and implementation.

  18. Limitation of Liability Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach is committed to delivering high-quality content and support. However, we cannot guarantee specific results, as success depends on many factors beyond our control. We shall not be held liable for a#LudxuY4fvUny direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the program or materials provided.

  19. Termination Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the program if they breach these terms and conditions or engage in behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the group or the program’s integrity. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

  20. Storage and Retrieval of Information Copyright and Ownership - All content and business ideas provided through Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Alice The Content Coach including courses, videos, PDFs, templates, webinars, and other educational materials, are the intellectual property of Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach and are protected by copyright laws.

  21. Prohibition on Unauthorized Storage and Retrieval - You agree that you will not store, archive, or otherwise retain any Content or Business Ideas provided by Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach for purposes other than your personal use, as outlined in the license granted. - Any attempt to store, reproduce, or distribute the Content or Business Ideas for commercial purposes, or to create a repository of materials for unauthorized sharing or sale, is strictly prohibited.

  22. Data Security - You are responsible for ensuring that any personal storage or retrieval of Content and Business Ideas is secure and does not allow unauthorized access. This includes, but is not limited to, securing devices, accounts, or storage services where such Content and Business Ideas are saved. - Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach reserves the right to audit the usage of Content and Business Ideas to ensure compliance with these terms.

Consequences of Unauthorized Storage and Distribution - Unauthorized storage, reproduction, or distribution of Content or Business Ideas will result in immediate termination of your membership and may lead to legal action, including claims for damages and legal fees. - Digi-teAch, Alison MCrobbie, Ali The Content Coach reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect its intellectual property, including actions against those who facilitate or enable unauthorized storage or retrieval of protected materials.

  25. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

  26. Amendments Digi-teAch reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in writing.
