Welcome to Alignment Codes.

By accessing our services, booking a private session, purchasing a reading or participating in our paid offerings, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms are designed to create a respectful, transparent and supportive experience for both clients and Alignment Codes.

Please read them carefully before purchasing any service.

1. One-to-One Private Sessions

All private one-to-one sessions require dedicated preparation, time and energetic focus. To ensure every client receives the attention they deserve, the following booking conditions apply.

Appointment Confirmation

  • Clients will receive a reminder approximately 1–2 hours before their scheduled appointment.

  • All clients are required to confirm their attendance at least 30 minutes before their session begins.

  • If confirmation is not received by this deadline, Alignment Codes reserves the right to release the appointment time and offer a rescheduled session.

  • Failure to confirm does not automatically constitute a non-refundable no-show.

  • Clients who confirm their attendance are expected to be present and ready at their scheduled appointment time.

Missed Appointments & No-Shows

  • If a client confirms their appointment but fails to attend without notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are not ordinarily eligible for a refund, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for the client.

  • Alignment Codes may offer a rescheduled appointment as a gesture of goodwill, subject to availability.

  • Repeated missed appointments may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients are encouraged to request cancellations or rescheduling as early as reasonably possible.

  • If an appointment is released due to a lack of confirmation, the client may contact Alignment Codes to arrange an alternative time.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

  • Where Alignment Codes cancels an appointment, clients will be offered a suitable alternative or an appropriate refund.

  • All applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights remain protected.

2. Email & Text Readings

All readings are personally prepared and delivered according to the service purchased.

Emergency Readings — Four-Hour Delivery

Emergency readings are prioritised services intended for clients requesting a faster response.

  • Emergency readings purchased before 10:00 PM UK time will normally be delivered within four hours of successful payment.

  • Emergency readings purchased after 10:00 PM UK time will be delivered the following day, within 24 hours of purchase.

  • All delivery times are calculated using UK local time.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details and all necessary information for their reading.

  • Missing or incorrect information may affect delivery times.

  • If an unexpected issue prevents delivery within the advertised timeframe, Alignment Codes will communicate the delay and offer an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Standard Email & Text Readings

  • Standard readings are delivered within the timeframe advertised at the time of purchase.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the service selected.

  • Clients are responsible for checking their inbox, spam and junk folders.

  • Alignment Codes cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information supplied by the client.

  • If a reading cannot be completed within the agreed timeframe, clients will be informed and offered an appropriate resolution.

3. TikTok LIVE Readings

TikTok LIVE readings take place exclusively during live broadcasts through the official Alignment Codes TikTok account.

How TikTok LIVE Readings Work

  • Clients purchase their chosen reading and participate directly through the TikTok LIVE broadcast.

  • All questions, interactions and responses are handled within the LIVE environment.

  • Clients are responsible for being present during the relevant broadcast and following the instructions provided.

  • TikTok LIVE readings are public interactions and are not private consultations.

  • Purchasing a TikTok LIVE reading does not include a private session, written reading or email response unless explicitly advertised.

Reading Acceptance & Refunds

  • Alignment Codes reserves the right to decline or discontinue a reading at its discretion.

  • If Alignment Codes decides not to proceed with a purchased reading, a refund will be issued for the reading that has not been provided.

  • Once a reading has been completed, dissatisfaction with its interpretation or content does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.

  • Missed LIVE participation or failure to submit a question will be assessed according to the circumstances, the advertised service conditions and applicable consumer rights.

  • Any refund entitlement under consumer law will always be respected.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Consumer Rights

Every Alignment Codes service involves dedicated time, preparation and personalised attention.

General Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are assessed according to the type of service purchased, whether the service has commenced or been completed, and applicable consumer law.

  • Completed readings and sessions are not ordinarily refundable solely because the client disagrees with the guidance or interpretation received.

  • Confirmed appointments missed without notice may be treated as non-refundable no-shows, subject to applicable consumer rights and the circumstances.

  • If Alignment Codes is unable to provide a purchased service, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

UK Consumer Cancellation Rights

Where applicable, customers purchasing services online may have a statutory 14-day cancellation period.

If a client requests that a service begin during this period, Alignment Codes may require express consent before commencing the service.

Where a service has been fully performed with the client's prior express request and acknowledgement of the relevant cancellation consequences, the statutory cancellation right may be lost, where permitted by law.

Where a client cancels after requesting that a service begin during the cancellation period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for services already provided.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits any statutory rights, including rights relating to services not provided with reasonable care and skill or within an agreed timeframe.

5. Nature of Spiritual Guidance & Readings

Alignment Codes offers spiritual guidance, intuitive readings, energy-based teachings and personal development services.

All services are intended to support self-awareness, reflection, personal growth and individual empowerment.

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Spiritual and intuitive readings are subjective interpretations.

  • No specific future event, prediction, manifestation or personal outcome is guaranteed.

  • Guidance is offered for personal reflection and should not be treated as an absolute instruction or certainty.

  • Clients remain responsible for their personal choices, decisions and actions.

  • Spiritual guidance is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Alignment Codes encourages every client to exercise personal discernment and independent judgment.

6. Respectful Communication & Professional Boundaries

Alignment Codes is committed to providing a respectful, supportive and welcoming environment.

All clients are expected to communicate respectfully during private sessions, written interactions, community discussions and TikTok LIVE broadcasts.

The following behaviour will not be tolerated:

  • Harassment, threats or abusive language.

  • Discriminatory or deliberately offensive behaviour.

  • Repeated disregard for communicated boundaries.

  • Misuse of private messaging or booking services.

Alignment Codes reserves the right to discontinue interactions, refuse future bookings or restrict access to services where necessary.

Any refunds relating to discontinued services will be assessed fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

Alignment Codes respects client privacy and treats personal information shared during private readings and sessions with care.

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Alignment Codes Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

  • Private readings and sessions are intended to remain confidential, subject to any legal obligations or necessary disclosures explained in the Privacy Policy.

  • TikTok LIVE readings take place in a public environment.

  • Clients understand that questions, comments and information shared during a LIVE broadcast may be visible to other viewers and may be recorded or shared through TikTok's features.

  • Clients are advised not to disclose sensitive personal information during public broadcasts.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and booking information.

  • Confirming and attending scheduled appointments.

  • Supplying the information necessary for their purchased reading.

  • Checking the advertised delivery timeframe before purchasing.

  • Communicating respectfully.

  • Using their own judgment when considering spiritual guidance.

Alignment Codes is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to resolve service issues and honour applicable consumer rights.

9. Service Availability & Changes

Alignment Codes reserves the right to make reasonable changes to service availability, scheduling and future offerings.

Where changes affect an existing paid booking, clients will be informed and offered an appropriate alternative or refund where required.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical difficulties, illness, emergencies or circumstances outside reasonable control.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Alignment Codes may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, operational procedures or legal requirements.

The latest version will be available within the app.

Updates will apply to future purchases and use of services. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already established under an existing purchase.
