The Living Year is a respectful and thoughtful space. Participants agree to engage with kindness, maturity, and respect for differing perspectives. Harassment, harmful behavior, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the community without refund.
Payment Terms
By enrolling in The Living Year, you agree to complete the payment associated with your selected option.
If you choose the monthly payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the community.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this community and the immediate access to materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All materials within The Living Year, including written content, recordings, guides, videos, and teachings, are the intellectual property of Alison Ritchie and may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
By participating in The Living Year, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your participation. Alison Ritchie and The Living Year are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of information provided in the community.
