A friendship suddenly feels different.
She’s been left out.
Someone stopped replying.
Something didn’t go to plan.
Or nothing is particularly wrong, but the whole day still feels hard.
The Bounce Back Guide is a first-aid kit for those moments.
It gives her somewhere to put what she’s feeling, understand what happened and work out one small thing that could help her feel more like herself again.
She doesn’t need to begin at the beginning.
She can simply open the page that fits her mood that day.
Because bouncing back doesn’t mean pretending something didn’t hurt.
It means learning that one difficult moment doesn’t get to define everything that comes next.

đź’— WHY I CREATED THIS
Watching someone you love hurt can be difficult.
Especially when you can’t fix the friendship, change what happened or make the feeling disappear.
But I also didn’t want to tell girls to “get over it,” think positively or pretend something hadn’t affected them.
I wanted them to have somewhere to pause.
To separate what happened from everything their brain started telling them it meant.
To feel what they felt without letting one moment become the whole story.
And to find one small step that could help them move forward.
That’s why I created The Bounce Back Guide.
Not to stop difficult moments from happening.
To remind girls that they can move through them—and come back to themselves when they’re ready.
