Provider: Allison Melody TV LLC
Brand: AI with Alli

Effective Date: October 22, 2026
TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between Allison Melody TV LLC ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the brand AI with Alli, and the purchaser ("Client," "you," or "your"). The training and custom setup services described below are delivered personally by Allison Melody on behalf of Provider.
By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. THE SERVICES
Provider offers two services under the AI with Alli brand:
(a) Build Your AI Agent With Alli (group training) — a live group training program consisting of three group sessions (scheduled for November 4, 11, and 18, 2026, at 4 p.m. Pacific / 7 p.m. Eastern), session recordings, practical instructions and example assignments, access to a private Facebook group, and weekday group support through November 20, 2026.
(b) Alli, Build My Agent For Me! (custom AI-agent setup) — a one-time custom setup package consisting of a private discovery call, configuration and testing of your AI agent within the scope confirmed in writing following the discovery call, a second private call (handoff and training) to teach you how to use your agent, and seven calendar days of follow-up support beginning after the handoff call, for questions and fixes to the agreed setup.
Both services are direct purchases. No application or acceptance process applies. After purchase, Allison Melody will personally email you at the address used at checkout to arrange your discovery call. Calls are scheduled by mutual agreement.
2. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
The services provide education, training, and technical setup assistance concerning artificial intelligence tools. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other licensed professional advice, and Provider is not your lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, or agent for any purpose outside the services described here.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
(a) Providing accurate information, materials, and access reasonably needed to deliver the services, in a timely manner;
(b) Attending scheduled sessions or calls, or reviewing the recordings provided;
(c) Maintaining your own accounts, subscriptions, and licenses for any third-party AI platforms, software, or tools used with your agent, and paying any fees those third parties charge;
(d) Your own business decisions, content, communications, and use of anything your AI agent produces; and
(e) Complying with the terms and policies of the third-party platforms you use.
Delays or inability to deliver caused by missing materials, access, or information from you do not extend support periods or create a right to a refund, except as stated in Section 12 or required by law.
4. APPROVALS AND YOUR AUTHORITY OVER YOUR AGENT
Your AI agent works under your direction. During the services, we will establish what your agent may handle on its own and what requires your approval first. Unless you configure and authorize otherwise in your own systems:
(a) Your agent's drafts, research, and recommendations are proposals for your review, not final actions;
(b) You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything sent, published, submitted, or purchased on your behalf; and
(c) You will not instruct your agent to perform unlawful acts, infringe the rights of others, send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable law or platform rules, or impersonate any person.
Provider configures and trains within the scope agreed with you; how you direct your agent after handoff is your responsibility.
5. AI RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT
You acknowledge and accept that artificial intelligence tools:
(a) Can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate outputs, including confident statements that are wrong;
(b) Depend on third-party platforms that Provider does not own or control, which may change features, pricing, availability, or terms at any time, or may suspend accounts;
(c) Require human review, especially for financial, legal, health, contractual, or public-facing matters; and
(d) Process information you provide to them under those platforms' own privacy and data terms, which you are responsible for understanding before sharing sensitive, confidential, or personal information.
You agree to verify important outputs before relying on them.
6. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
Testimonials and case examples, including Allison Melody's own results using an AI agent, describe individual experiences only. Provider does not guarantee revenue, savings, sales, sponsorships, audience growth, or any other business, financial, or personal outcome. Your results depend on the opportunities you pursue, the assignments you give your agent, and how you put it to work.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
(a) Provider's training materials, instructions, templates, recordings, and example assignments remain the property of Provider or its licensors. Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them to create a competing training product.
(b) You keep all rights in your own business materials, content, and data. You grant Provider permission to access and use the materials you provide solely to deliver the services.
(c) Recordings of group sessions may be provided to program participants. You agree that questions or comments you contribute in group settings or the private group may appear in recordings shared with participants.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
Each party agrees to keep non-public information shared for the purpose of delivering the services confidential and to use it only for that purpose. Group settings are shared environments: do not share information in group sessions or the private group that you require to be kept confidential.
9. SCHEDULING AND SUPPORT
Group session dates and times are as published at purchase. After purchase, Allison Melody will personally email you at the address used at checkout to arrange your discovery call. Calls are scheduled by mutual agreement. Support is limited to the scope and periods stated in Section 1 (weekday group support through November 20, 2026, for the group program; seven calendar days of follow-up support beginning after the handoff call for the custom setup, covering questions and fixes to the agreed setup). The services do not include unlimited development, unlimited revisions, ongoing agent management, or support outside the stated periods.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Payments are processed by Stan (or its payment processors); your purchase is also subject to their terms. The services may involve third-party platforms including AI providers, Facebook (for the private group), and scheduling and video tools. Provider is not responsible for the acts, outages, policy changes, or terms of third-party services.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the services or your agent to violate any law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, harass or defraud any person, or circumvent platform security or access controls. Provider may suspend or end services for material misuse, without limiting any rights or remedies required by law.
12. PAYMENT; FINAL SALE; CANCELLATION
The group training program is $297, and the custom AI-agent setup package is $1,500, payable in full at purchase unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. No refunds are provided for purchaser-requested cancellation, change of mind, failure to attend scheduled sessions, nonparticipation, failure to provide required materials or access, or dissatisfaction with business, financial, or other outcomes.
Purchasing the custom setup package includes a discovery call, configuration and testing within the agreed scope, a handoff and training call, and the stated follow-up support. It does not purchase unlimited development or ongoing agent management.
If Provider cancels the engagement or cannot deliver a material portion of the purchased services, Provider will refund the amount attributable to the undelivered portion. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable consumer rights or remedies.
13. LIMITED RELEASE
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Provider, and Allison Melody individually, from claims arising out of: (a) outputs generated by your AI agent or third-party AI tools; (b) actions you directed, approved, or failed to review; and (c) decisions you make in your business or personal affairs using information from the services or your agent. This release does not apply to claims that cannot lawfully be released, including claims arising from Provider's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or any nonwaivable consumer rights. This release does not excuse Provider from delivering the expressly agreed services or apply to Provider's breach of this agreement.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: (a) Provider's total liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the total amount you paid Provider for the service giving rise to the claim; and (b) neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, excludes nonwaivable consumer rights or remedies, or prevents you from bringing a claim or seeking relief in a court or forum of competent jurisdiction.
15. TERMINATION
Provider may end or suspend services if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14) survive termination. Termination does not create a right to a refund except as stated in Section 12 or required by law.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Provider may update these Terms for future purchases. The version in effect at your purchase governs your purchase, unless a change is required by law or you agree to the updated version in writing.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this section limits any nonwaivable right you have to bring a claim where you are legally entitled to do so.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; SEVERABILITY; CONTACT
These Terms, together with the offer details on the sales and checkout pages at the time of purchase, are the entire agreement between you and Provider for the services and replace prior discussions about them. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified only as needed to make it enforceable to the extent permitted by law.
