HOW TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR TEMPLATE

Thank you for your purchase! This Canva template is fully editable, making it easy to personalize with your own branding and information.

1. OPEN YOUR TEMPLATE
   Click the provided Canva link, then select “Use template for new design.” Canva will create a separate copy in your account, so you can customize it without changing the original.

2. ADD YOUR BRANDING
   Replace each placeholder with your own:

• Logo
• Headshot or team photo
• Name and title
• Brokerage or company name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Website
• Social media handles

3. CUSTOMIZE THE DESIGN
   Update the colors, fonts, photographs, and other design elements to coordinate with your brand. Click any text box, image, or graphic to edit or replace it.

4. REVIEW EVERY PAGE
   Carefully review the entire booklet and replace all placeholder text labeled “YOUR INFORMATION HERE.” Update any recommendations, service providers, contact information, or homeowner resources to reflect your business and local market.

5. DOWNLOAD AND SHARE
   When your booklet is complete, select “Share,” then “Download.” Choose “PDF Print” for professional printing or “PDF Standard” for emailing and digital sharing.
