Membership & Access
One-Time Payment: Access to Turning Words Into Wealth is granted upon a one-time purchase. There are no recurring membership fees.
No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of this course, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Promotional Offers: Occasionally, we may offer discounts or promotions. Eligibility for these offers will be determined by the specific terms outlined at the time of the promotion.
Course Access Duration: Unless otherwise stated, course access is granted for the lifetime of the program. If the course is ever discontinued, reasonable notice will be given.

No Politics or Religion: Discussions related to politics or religion are not permitted to maintain a neutral and focused learning environment.
No Unauthorized Promotions:Members may not promote, sell, or share affiliate links, services, or other communities without prior admin approval.
No Account Sharing: Each membership is for a single user. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access the course through your account will result in immediate termination.
Confidentiality: All discussions and shared knowledge within the community are confidential. Sharing screenshots, text, or content from within the community outside of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content within Turning Words Into Wealth, including but not limited to videos, templates, worksheets, and strategies, remains the intellectual property of its creators.
No Reproduction: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly share any part of the course without express permission. This includes taking screenshots, screen sharing, or any form of reproduction.
Application of Knowledge: You are encouraged to use the strategies learned to help others, but you may not teach, distribute, or repackage any proprietary content from the course.

Membership Termination

Dispute Resolution & Legal Agreement
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of The United States. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
Dispute Handling: Any disputes arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration before legal action is taken.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
By purchasing Turning Words Into Wealth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
The Collective Code
Prohibited Sales Platforms
The sale of The Collective Code and its associated products on third-party platforms such as eBay, Etsy, or any other unauthorized marketplace is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your access to The Collective Code, removal from any related programs, and retention of all pending and future commissions by The Collective Code.
Ambassador Program Compliance
Participation in The Collective Code’s Ambassador Program requires strict adherence to FTC regulations and any other applicable regulatory bodies' guidelines. Ambassadors found in gross non-compliance with these regulations will be immediately removed from the program, and all pending and future commissions will be retained by The Collective Code. Offering cash back, gift cards, or any form of reimbursement as an incentive to sell The Collective Code is strictly prohibited.
Pricing and Bundling Policy
The Collective Code can not be sold for less than $227 unless otherwise stated by The Collective Code owners
Bundling is allowed provided the price does not go below $227.
Individual courses or components within The Collective Code cannot be sold separately under any circumstances unless otherwise stated by the owners of The Collective Code.
Refunds and Reimbursements
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reimbursements once a purchase has been completed. By purchasing from The Collective Code, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned or revoked once delivered.
License and Usage Rights
Access to The Collective Code is granted solely to the purchasing individual and cannot be shared or transferred. Unauthorized sharing of course materials, login credentials, or redistribution of content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, videos, and other materials within The Collective Code, are the exclusive intellectual property of The Collective Code. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the content without express written permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Modification of Terms
Discounts and Coupon Codes
The Collective Code may offer exclusive discount codes for products or services provided by third-party partners. Unless otherwise stated, these coupon codes are only to be used on purchase links provided by the creators. These coupon codes are for the exclusive use of TCC members only and are not to be shared, distributed, or posted outside of The Collective Code community. Sharing these codes with non-members or the public is a violation of this policy and may result in immediate removal from The Collective Code, termination of access to the community, and forfeiture of any pending commissions or benefits from the Ambassador Program.

THE SWC AMENDMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN:
Amber Online Wealth
(“Reseller”)
and
CUSTOMER
Dated: June 1, 2024
THE MASTER RESELLER AGREEMENT IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
This Amended Agreement (the "Agreement") incorporates terms set out in the SWC Master Reseller Agreement, dated June 1, 2024 (available at www.swconfidence.com/legal) and is meant to bind Reseller and its Customers.
WHEREAS, the Reseller has purchased SWC and wishes to resell SWC to its
customers using terms and conditions set out in the SWC Master Reseller Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE:
All references set out in the SWC Master Reseller Agreement are
hereby replaced with Reseller; and
Reseller hereby amends and agrees to the conditions set out in the SWC Master Reseller Agreement in respect of its contractual relationship with its customers.
The creators of SWC have the right to deny the sale of its products by any reseller to any end point user (also known as customer) who is not approved by SWC. Violation of this agreement may result in the forfeiture of the resellers licensing rights
