2. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

By purchasing the Course, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content and that you will not be entitled to a refund due to a change of mind, failure to complete the Course, failure to use the Course, or dissatisfaction with the Course.
3. Affiliate & Resale Rights
The Her Chapter may be offered for resale by authorized affiliates in accordance with the affiliate program's rules and requirements.
Affiliate/resale rights do not mean that an affiliate owns The Her Chapter or its underlying intellectual property.

5. No Unauthorized Copying or Distribution
Except for the specific resale rights granted to authorized affiliates, you may not:
Copy the Course;
Record or screen-record Course lessons;
Share your login or account;
Give Course access to another person;
Upload Course materials to social media, websites, file-sharing platforms, or membership sites;
Reproduce or redistribute Course materials;
Sell individual Course materials;
Give away Course materials;
Create a competing course substantially based on The Her Chapter;
Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices; or
Claim any Course materials as your own.
Purchasing the Course does not give you permission to reproduce or redistribute the Course itself.
6. Protection Against Unauthorized Sharing
We take the protection of The Her Chapter seriously.
If we reasonably believe that Course access or materials have been improperly shared, copied, distributed, recorded, or otherwise misused, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access without a refund.
We also reserve the right to pursue any other remedies available under applicable law for unauthorized use or distribution of our intellectual property.
7. Affiliate Compliance
Authorized affiliates are responsible for following all affiliate program requirements and applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.
Affiliates must be truthful and transparent when promoting The Her Chapter and may not make guarantees regarding income, financial results, or business success.
Being an affiliate does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between the affiliate and [YOUR BUSINESS NAME].
8. No Guarantee of Results
The Her Chapter provides educational information and strategies relating to digital marketing and/or online business.
No specific income, sales, followers, clients, business growth, or financial results are guaranteed.

9. Course Updates

Such changes do not entitle a purchaser to a refund.
10. Termination

If access is terminated because of a violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided.
Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us.
11. Acceptance of Terms
