Strategy session: A five-hour session, including one 60-minute break or two 30-minute breaks, providing four hours of facilitated discussion and planning.
Leadership debrief: A follow-up conversation to review outcomes and confirm next steps.
Written action plan: A summary of key decisions, agreed priorities, recommendations, and next steps.
Additional sessions or ongoing implementation support can be arranged separately.
