BEST NUMERACY TUTOR!! The LANTITE Numeracy Exam was horrible for me! Having not done any maths or in depth numeracy since Year 9, and knowing very basic numeracy I was quite nervous going into the Numeracy exam. The Literacy exam was a breeze for me and I found it quite straight forward, however I knew the Numeracy exam was going to be a whole different story for me and boy I was not wrong! I completed my 1st attempt in Feb 2020. Having done minimal study for the exam I didn’t think much of it. So many people told me it was easy and that it tests basic Numeracy so I didn’t stress too much about it. This was a complete lie. I failed my first attempt. Being so dejected after seeing that (STANDARD NOT ACHEIVED) on the top right hand corner of my results, I didn’t have the confidence to attempt it again any time soon. So silly old me decide to wait until my last year of my degree to try again. I completed my 2nd attempt at Numeracy in Feb 2021. I did more study this time around but It still wasn’t enough to get me over that line! Heartbroken and a complete anxious mess, hating myself for leaving it to the last minute because now I had to extend the competion of my degree. My university wasn’t helpful during this time. So here I am in what’s meant to be my last semester at uni and I had to take a leave of absence and extend my degree by a semester. I was up to my 3rd and final attempt and I knew that to fail this time was not an option for me. So, with the help of my amazing boyfriend who found all these LANTITE Support pages on facebook, we found Arithmetricks. I purchased the Numeracy Online course in July of 2021, with the intention of completing my exam in the August test window, but I was not prepared. Shadi from Arithmetricks assured me that I should not take this attempt lightly and that If I just worked through his course I will be prepared and will pass my 3rd attempt. His advice for me to buckle down and study and focus on taking the exam in the November test window was the best advice ever! So from July all the way to November I worked through the course, with Shadi through zoom tutorials and some other material to help my understanding of Numeracy. During this attempt I also applied for Reasonable Adjustments. I have severe test anxiety and this being my 3rd and final attempt, the pressure was extra. I applied for an extra 60 minutes to be added to my time. This helped immensely and I was able to actually focus on the questions without worrying about time restrictions. I completed every question bar the very last one in the Non-Calculator sections because my timer had just run out as soon as I finished writing in my answer. There were a few questions I rushed and there were about 4-5 that I knew I got wrong for sure. So now the wait beings. 9th November I completed my exam, feeling much better and more confident than my previous 2 attempts. When I received my results on Wednesday 15th December I couldn’t even being to explain the relief I experienced due to passing the exam! I actually cried like a bloody baby! Just want to extend a massive thank you to Shadi from Arithmetricks and my family and friends who have supported me throughout this whole journey.

If you’re seriously worried about the lantite numeracy test and are considering a tutor I would highly recommend Arithmetricks. Due to Chad’s help and support I passed the numeracy test in my first attempt. Chad has an awesome attitude and is very easy to work with. My ability to think mathematically has always been a struggle and this test caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. I was always in the low maths group at school and have always been nervous around numbers. Chad taught me the foundation behind numeracy which helped me gain a better understanding towards particular areas in maths. Having the knowledge and understanding behind these concepts allowed me to know what strategies to use when faced with a question in the test. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT, INFORMATION OR DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR GOODWILL, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF REPLACEMENT SERVICES, OR CLAIMS FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS, OCCASIONED BY ANY DEFECT IN THE SITE, THE CONTENT, AND/OR RELATED MATERIALS, THE INABILITY TO USE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER OR ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT THERETO, REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OR IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  13. If your purchase includes calls with the Company, you are responsible for scheduling them. All bookings are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your call, please email arithmetricks11@gmail.com with the subject "CALL CANCELLATION- [date & time of your call]" no less than 48 hours before your call. If you do not show up to your call or reschedule within 48 hours, you forfeit your call.

  14. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials, information, works and/or other content of whatever nature or media that you post or share on or through the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services that the Company may provide via the Site, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site or the services. The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such an event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Company.

  15. The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.

  16. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Orange County, Florida. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
