Here's what happens:

We start with intention. I'll craft us a plant-based drink featuring Kava or Schisandra (in-person only), plants that help relax your body and open your heart. Taking even five minutes to set the intention together while sharing a sacred drink allows us to sync up creatively. It sets the tone for our entire session.

With our 90 minutes together, we'll spend at least 45 minutes recording your content. What I've found after a decade creating content for and with people, including for my own business, is this:
