Content creation shouldn't feel like staring at your phone wondering what to say in all the right ways to please the algorithm gods.

Hi, I'm Ashley and I've been a coach & content creator for the last decade working with top coaches, doctors and practitioners and all around cool people! My magic is helping people discover the most compelling and powerful parts of themselves and their work with my consulting & immersive experiences.
I ran an agency managing social media and content for wellness practitioners for years, building and leading teams to execute for clients and for my own brand. So when I say I know what it takes to actually run a content system, not just dream one up, that's not theory. I've hired the editors, managed the calendars nobody wants to look at, and watched which parts of a strategy actually survive contact with a real, busy practice and which parts just look good in a proposal.
What I've come to believe, after doing this for a decade, is that people aren't actually looking for a new hobby of creating content or trying to be an influencer. For some the content is a long game based around their book deal goals. For others speaking on large stages and being invited to notable podcasts is what they are calling in.
My job in this retreat is to help you shape your content system in one day so you can start taking regular tangible steps on that path.
But I must tell you, I've noticed that there are two different paths that people take in their career at this point.
One path is the endlessly polished and perfect path. It's the path of investing in everything looking and feeling more expensive. To be honest, it's an empty path. While upgrading your brand aesthetics as you grow is natural, being overly obsessed with how the marketing looks and how you look in it is not a winning formula.
The other path? Surrendering to your own magnificence. As Qveen Herby says, "the cave you fear to enter holds the treasure that you seek".
You might notice that your favorite authors and TED talk speakers have something in common. VULNERABILITY.
And not the performative kind of vulnerability, but the kind that serves others as you share your story even if it doesn't represent you in the best most manicured light.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO TOGETHER
This isn't a content calendar creation day. Most people think what they need is a calendar, a list of 30 post ideas to pull from when they're stuck. What they actually need is a system, something simple and repeatable that doesn't require you to reinvent yourself every time you sit down to post.
So we build that. We find your magnetic intellectual property, the through line of your story and your work that everything else can be generated from. We map out a way of creating that fits how you actually operate, not a system borrowed from someone else's business. And then we create, together, while it's still fresh and true, so you leave with real content created from this foundation instead of a list of things you're supposed to go do later.
The exact shape of what we create that day depends on what surfaces in the room. That's part of the point. But you'll leave with your foundation, your system, and content built from both.
If you need help with editing what we create, the day would be organized accordingly to leave at least half the time to edit finished media while you are in the energy of the creation (because who has time for endless back and forth revisions for weeks on end)

$1500 all in including a prep call and integration session after the day retreat. This is a discounted rate, as next round I will be charging $1000 more. My ask is that parts of the day can be recorded to support and share my work with others.
