📍 The Wellness Barn, 111a Swanston rd, Edinburgh, EH10 7DS
Join me for a beautiful evening of grounding, breathwork and meditation at The Wellness Barn in Edinburgh.
This is your opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, slow things down and give yourself 75 minutes of uninterrupted time just for you.
Whether life has been feeling busy, your mind has been constantly switched on or you're simply curious about what breathwork can offer, this evening is an opportunity to pause, reconnect and experience something different.
The Experience
We'll begin with grounding, allowing you to settle into the space, connect with your body and become more aware of your breath.
From there, I'll guide you through a breathwork journey, accompanied by carefully selected music that builds and changes throughout the experience.
We'll explore the connection between the body, breath and mind, creating space for whatever comes up.
You might experience warmth, tingling, emotions, deep relaxation or something completely different. Everyone's experience is unique, and there's no particular feeling you're supposed to have.
We'll then gently transition into a guided meditation, allowing your body and mind time to settle and bringing the whole journey together.
Throughout the session, you'll remain comfortably lying on your mat, with an eye mask and blanket, allowing yourself to fully immerse in the experience.

Take Some Time for Yourself
You don't need to be experienced in breathwork.
You don't need to know how to meditate.
And you certainly don't need to arrive feeling calm or relaxed.
Just come as you are.
Take 75 minutes away from everything else, lie down, close your eyes and allow yourself the space to breathe.
I look forward to welcoming you. 🌬️

What can I expect during the session?
The session begins with guided breathwork designed to help regulate the nervous system and bring awareness back into the body. This is followed by a meditation to allow the body and mind to settle and integrate the experience.
Most people leave feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded.
Do I need any experience?
No experience is needed at all.
Everything is guided step-by-step and you can always move at your own pace. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve done breathwork before, the session is designed to meet you where you are.
What will the breathwork feel like?
Everyone experiences breathwork slightly differently.
Some people feel tingling, warmth, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Others simply notice their mind becoming quieter and their body more settled.
All of these responses are completely normal.
How long does the session last?
The full experience typically lasts around 1.5 hours.
Who are these sessions for?
These sessions are for anyone who feels they need space to slow down, reset and reconnect.
Many people attend because they feel stressed, overwhelmed, mentally busy, or simply want time away from the pace of everyday life.
What if I feel nervous about trying it?
That’s completely normal.
Many people arrive feeling unsure or curious, especially if it’s their first time. Everything is guided in a safe and supportive environment, and you are always in control of your own experience.
Precaution
Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. While the intensity and type of breathwork may vary among techniques, they generally generate breathing patterns that surpass metabolic needs at a resting state, leading to respiratory alkalosis. The alteration in both breathing patterns and biochemistry across the body and brain induces physical, mental, and emotional changes.
