By purchasing or accessing the Luxelates Reformer Workout Instructor Course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
COURSE PURPOSE
This course provides education and training in reformer-based workouts and instruction. This is not a Pilates instructor certification and does not represent certification by any third-party Pilates organization.
Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion for the Luxelates Reformer Workout Instructor Course.
STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY
Students are responsible for using good judgment and practicing safely when applying the information taught in this course. Before teaching clients, students are responsible for determining and complying with any applicable local laws, regulations, employer or studio requirements, insurance requirements, and other professional requirements that may apply to them.
Completion of this course does not guarantee employment, income, acceptance by a particular studio or employer, or eligibility for any third-party credential.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Reformer workouts and physical exercise involve inherent risks. Students are responsible for working within their own abilities and ensuring that clients are appropriately screened before participating in exercise.
The course is educational in nature and is not medical advice. Students should not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice unless separately qualified and legally permitted to do so.
Students are encouraged to maintain appropriate professional liability insurance when teaching clients.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in this course and any associated hands-on training, you acknowledge that physical exercise and use of reformer equipment involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with your own participation and use of the information taught in this course.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, including written content, photographs, graphics, instructional materials, downloads, videos, course design, and other original materials provided by Luxelates LLC are for the purchaser's personal educational use only.
Course materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, uploaded, resold, republished, used to create another training course, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written permission from Luxelates LLC.
Purchasing the course does not transfer ownership of Luxelates LLC's intellectual property.
ACCOUNT & COURSE ACCESS
Your purchase and course access are for your individual use only. Login information and course access may not be shared with another person.
Luxelates LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if course materials or account access are being used or distributed in violation of these Terms.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Because this course contains digital educational materials that are made available after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital educational content and agree to the refund policy stated above.
TIER 2 / HANDS-ON TRAINING
If your purchase includes an in-person hands-on training session, scheduling is subject to availability.
If you need to reschedule your hands-on session, please provide reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session or may require rescheduling at the discretion of Luxelates LLC.
Hands-on training is intended to provide additional practical experience and does not replace the student's responsibility to continue practicing and developing their skills.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The course provides educational information and practical instruction. Individual results and outcomes will vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxelates LLC is not responsible for injuries, losses, damages, business outcomes, employment decisions, or claims resulting from a student's independent use, misuse, or application of the course information after training.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the course materials, or your own independent instruction or business activities.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Luxelates LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated Terms will apply prospectively as permitted by law and will be posted where appropriate.
