Taking your DLA appeal to tribunal?
If your Mandatory Reconsideration hasn't resulted in the award you believe your child is entitled to, I can help you put your case into a clear, strong written submission for the tribunal.
This isn't a review of something you've already written. I prepare the written submission for you.
Once you receive your tribunal bundle, you'll send it to me in full. I'll carefully review the relevant information within the bundle, including the DWP's decision and reasoning, and use this to prepare a detailed written submission setting out your case for the tribunal.

What this service covers
This is a written submission service rather than full tribunal case management. My role is to review your tribunal bundle and prepare your written submission.
You are very welcome to send me specific additional evidence that you would like me to consider alongside your bundle. However, this service doesn't include reviewing large amounts of separate or historic evidence to decide what should be submitted, collating your evidence, managing correspondence with the tribunal or DWP, or representing you at the hearing.
This keeps the service focused on what I do best: taking the information within your case and turning it into a clear, detailed written submission that explains why you believe the decision should be changed.
Before booking:
Please only book once you have received your tribunal bundle, as I need this to complete the service.
