Group coaching, live classes, and community memberships are delivered as described at checkout. Replay access may be provided at the Company’s discretion.
If you purchase a coaching or strategy session, you are responsible for scheduling it within the stated timeframe. Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule; otherwise, the session is forfeited.
3. Payment and Billing
All sales are final. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are securely processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize all charges at checkout.
If technical issues prevent delivery of your digital product, your exclusive remedy is replacement or refund at the Company’s discretion.

All names, logos, podcasts, and media—including “How I AI”—are protected trademarks and may not be used without permission.
Guests and collaborators grant EmpowerFlow Strategies LLC the perpetual right to record, edit, distribute, and promote interview content across media platforms as part of the podcast or related productions.
5. User Conduct and Submissions
By submitting feedback, testimonials, or comments, you grant the Company a royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish such materials for marketing or promotional purposes.
You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing materials through the Site. The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content at its sole discretion.
