Be. Do. Have.

Be. Do. Have.

BE • DO • HAVE

Manifestation Begins With Identity

What if the reason you haven’t created the life you desire has less to do with what you’re doing and more to do with who you believe yourself to be?

Most of us have been taught to approach change backward.

We decide what we want to HAVE.

Then we figure out what we need to DO to get it.

And we hope that somewhere along the way, we’ll finally BE the person who has the life we desire.

But what if we’ve had the order wrong all along?

BE. DO. HAVE.

What if manifestation begins with identity?

What if the stories you’ve been telling yourself about who you are have been influencing what you believe is possible, the choices you make, and even what you’re willing to receive?

That’s what we’re going to explore together.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This experience is for:

• People who have tried manifestation practices but feel like something is missing

• Those who know what they want but keep finding themselves in the same patterns

• People who have spent years trying to change their behaviors without questioning the identity underneath them

• Anyone curious about what becomes possible when they begin with BE instead of DO

WHAT WE’LL EXPLORE

BE: Who are you, really?

We’ll question the identities we’ve accepted as truth, explore the beliefs our different parts hold about who we are, and begin consciously choosing who we want to become.

DO: What flows from who you are?

Our actions and decisions tend to follow our identity. We’ll explore what it means to make choices from the person we’re becoming, approaching any resistance with curiosity rather than force.

HAVE: What are you willing to receive?

We’ll explore our relationship with receiving, the beliefs that may limit what we allow ourselves to experience, and what happens when we begin to see ourselves as people who can actually HAVE what we desire.

WHAT HAPPENS

Each gathering includes:

• Teaching and conversation

• Guided reflection and experiential exercises

• Gentle parts-work practices

• Group discussion and Q&A

Participation is always at your comfort level.

WHAT SHIFTS

You may discover that some of the things you’ve always believed about yourself were never facts.

They were stories.

And stories can change.

BE who you choose to become.

DO what flows from that identity.

HAVE what you’re willing to receive.

I had a very powerful and positive experience in Thaeda's "Show Me" Class. She is so straightforward with her teaching and yet also so deeply compassionate that it created the space for me to explore what I am looking for in my life and yet what is holding me back from bringing all those things into my life. Through her teaching and the experiences she lead us through, I feel like I opened up and have begun to clear those barriers in myself that were holding me back. I feel more grounded in myself and more confident that I can actualize all the good things that I want and deserve in my life. I absolutely recommend working with Thaeda!

What surprised me most about the Show Me practice was how quickly it shifted from abstract to tangible. I expected it to be more conceptual, maybe even a little vague. Instead, it was concrete and practical. The act of asking and then stepping back created space for things to unfold in ways I would not have predicted. What stood out was not just what showed up, but how consistently it did once I stopped forcing outcomes. I found myself less tense about needing answers immediately and more willing to trust that clarity can arrive without constant effort. That alone changed how I see myself. There is a different kind of confidence that comes from allowing instead of striving. For anyone on the fence about this class, I would say this: you do not have to “believe” anything going in. You just have to be willing to try the practice honestly. The value is in the experience, not in adopting a particular framework or philosophy. If you are curious, even a little skeptical, that is enough. The process felt steady and respectful. There was no pressure to perform or to have a specific experience. People shared openly, but there was also space to process things privately. i never felt as though I HAD to share. That balance made it easier to engage without feeling exposed. It felt grounded, and that made the work more accessible and sustainable. Thaeda is a compassionate, gentle, and kind facilitator. She is devoted to helping others experience the generosity of the Divine, and while ready to share her own experiences, she keeps the focus on the group members. I felt comfortable, carefully guided, and heard with compassion. I cannot recommend this course enough.

Rev. Dr. Thaeda Franz’s “Walking With Spirit - Intermediate class” exercises brought me to some insights and introduced me to “helpers” about which I didn’t know before experiencing the class. I am so grateful to Thaeda for offering them, and I totally believe it was more than worth my time to participate in them. Thaeda is an experienced “helper” with skin on, and her heart is open to assisting others on their path. I could not be more grateful for her.
