Membership, Resell Rights & Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 6 August 2026 - Last Updated: 3 October 2026

Welcome to Balance for Parents – The Movement. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership

Your Balance for Parents membership is a 4-month fixed-term membership.

By purchasing, you agree to remain a member for the full four (4) month membership period.

Membership includes access to:

  • The Balance for Parents Platform (Skool)

  • The Movement Community (Skool)

  • Business Opportunity Resources

  • Marketing Resources

  • Member Updates

  • Affiliate/Resell Rights (while membership remains active)

Membership access will remain active for the duration of your paid membership term.

2. Active Membership Requirement

An active membership is required at all times to participate in the Balance for Parents affiliate, access the platform (skool) and resell opportunity.

Should your membership expire, be cancelled, or otherwise end:

  • Your affiliate link may be disabled.

  • Your permission to promote Balance for Parents immediately ends.

  • Your resell rights immediately cease.

  • You must stop marketing or selling the movement.

  • You are no longer eligible to receive commissions on future qualifying sales after your membership ends.

To continue participating in the business opportunity, an active membership must be maintained.

3. Affiliate & Profit Share

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to promote the official Balance for Parents (skool) while their membership remains active.

For each eligible membership sold through your authorised affiliate link:

  • 87% of the sale amount is paid to the referring member in accordance with the Balance for Parents - the Movement affiliate program.

  • 13% is retained by the creator to support the ongoing development, administration, technology, community management, platform costs, customer support, and continued growth of Balance for Parents - The Movement.

Commission payments are only payable and tracked through your stan affiliate dashboard.

4. No Editing, Copying or Redistribution

All Balance for Parents - The Movement content is protected by copyright.

Members must not:

  • Rewrite any content.

  • Edit any resources.

  • Rebrand materials.

  • Remove logos or branding.

  • Duplicate videos.

  • Upload resources elsewhere.

  • Sell or distribute materials outside the official Balance for Parents - The Movement platform.

  • Claim any Balance for Parents - The Movement content as their own.

Your membership grants permission to share and promote access to the platform only. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • The Balance for Parents - The Movement

  • PDFs

  • Workbooks

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Templates

  • Training

  • Branding

  • Marketing Resources

  • Community Resources

remain the exclusive intellectual property of Balance for Parents - The Movement.

No ownership rights are transferred to members.

6. Brand Representation

Members agree to represent Balance for Parents - the Movement honestly and professionally.

Members must not:

  • Make misleading statements.

  • Guarantee income.

  • Make false earning claims.

  • Misrepresent the platform.

  • Engage in deceptive marketing practices.

  • Damage the reputation of Balance for Parents - The Movement.

7. Income Disclaimer

Balance for Parents - The Movement provides an opportunity for members to earn commission by promoting access to the material within the platform.

While members are eligible to receive 87% of the membership sales generated through their authorised affiliate link, individual earnings will vary.

Balance for Parents - The Movement does not guarantee:

  • Any level of income.

  • Sales.

  • Financial success.

  • Specific business results.

Success depends on many factors, including your individual effort, marketing activities, consistency, audience, and market conditions.

Any income examples shared are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future earnings.

8. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access into the platform to some exclusive resources, community access, and the granting of affiliate/resell rights, all membership purchases are final.

Balance for Parents - The Movement does not offer refunds, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Failure to use the membership.

  • Failure to use the material within the platform.

  • Lack of sales or commissions.

  • Personal circumstances.

  • Cancellation before the end of the four-month membership term.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full four-month membership period.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy Policy

Balance for Parents - The Movement respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

We may collect information including:

  • Your name

  • Email address

  • Membership information

  • Affiliate information

  • Purchase history

  • Communications you send to us

Your information is collected to:

  • Manage your membership

  • Provide access to products and resources

  • Administer the affiliate program

  • Improve our services

  • Communicate important updates

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your information may be shared only with trusted service providers where necessary to deliver our services, process payments, or comply with legal obligations.

10. Termination

Balance for Parents - The Movement reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership or affiliate account where a member:

  • Breaches these Terms.

  • Copies or redistributes content.

  • Edits the resources.

  • Misuses affiliate links.

  • Acts fraudulently.

  • Engages in behaviour that may damage the Balance for Parents - The Movement community or brand.

Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of serious misconduct.

11. Updates

Balance for Parents - The Movement may update these Terms and Conditions, the platform, community, affiliate program, or membership benefits from time to time.

The platform will be updated frequently with new resources to help parents encourage balance within thier home, routines, lifestyle etc.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing a Balance for Parents - The Movement membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the immediate removal of membership access, affiliate participation, commissions, and resell rights.
