2. Refunds & Returns

American Row® Extensions Certification Class

Terms & Conditions (Please Read Carefully Before Booking)

By registering for the American Row™ Extensions Class, you agree to the following:

1. Class Participation & Certification

  • You must attend both full days of the class to receive certification.

  • Hands-on participation and successful technique demonstration are required.

  • Certification confirms class completion—not authorization to teach or certify others in the method.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat.

  • Afterpay and other installment options may be available at checkout.

  • Your registration is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Class payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you are unable to attend due to a unique or unforeseen circumstance, you must email us before the class for consideration to transfer your seat to a future class (if available).

  • Transfers are not guaranteed and subject to approval and date availability.

  • If no future dates are available, the ticket cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited.

  • If changes or cancellation does occur, a $150 fee may apply.

4. Rescheduling

  • Approved rescheduling is allowed once only and must follow the policy above.

5. Student Conduct

  • Professionalism is expected at all times.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All methods, materials, and branding shared in class are the intellectual property of American Row™.

  • You may not record, reproduce, teach, or share the content without written permission.

  • Any misuse or unauthorized teaching is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Model Responsibility

  • You may be required to bring a live model. Requirements will be sent prior to class.

  • Failure to provide a model could affect your certification eligibility.

8. Liability Release

  • You accept full responsibility for your participation and any outcomes.

  • American Row™ and its educators are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from your participation.

9. Photo & Media Release

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded during class.

  • American Row™ may use this content in marketing, educational, and promotional materials.
