By purchasing any digital product from Baxter Hair Co./ American Row® you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Digital Download Policy

All products sold are digital in nature. No physical items will be shipped. Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to download the materials. Please ensure your email and contact information are entered correctly at checkout.

2. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have technical issues accessing your product, email us at Americanrowextensions@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage

All Baxter Hair Co. and American Row® digital content, including but not limited to guides, templates, images, and copywriting, is the intellectual property of Baxter Hair Co., American Row®, and Mandy Baxter.

You may:

  • Download and use for personal/business use within your own styling practice.

  • Print and refer to privately.

You may not:

  • Share, sell, copy, or distribute the digital content to others.

  • Upload or resell the content on any platform, paid or unpaid.

  • Use any portion of the product for your own educational content, digital offers, or training programs without written permission.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate legal action.

4. License

Your purchase includes a single-user license. This means only the purchaser may access and use the product.

5. Education Disclaimer

The information provided in Baxter Hair Co. and American Row® digital products is based on years of industry experience and is intended for educational purposes only. Results may vary depending on individual effort, application, and external factors. We make no guarantees regarding earnings or career outcomes.

American Row® Extensions Certification Class

Terms & Conditions (Please Read Carefully Before Booking)

By registering for the American Row™ Extensions Class, you agree to the following:

1. Class Participation & Certification

  • You must attend both full days of the class to receive certification.

  • Hands-on participation and successful technique demonstration are required.

  • Certification confirms class completion—not authorization to teach or certify others in the method.

2. Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat.

  • Afterpay and other installment options may be available at checkout.

  • Your registration is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Class payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • If you are unable to attend due to a unique or unforeseen circumstance, you must email us before the class for consideration to transfer your seat to a future class (if available).

  • Transfers are not guaranteed and subject to approval and date availability.

  • If no future dates are available, the ticket cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited.

  • If changes or cancellation does occur, a $150 fee may apply.

4. Rescheduling

  • Approved rescheduling is allowed once only and must follow the policy above.

5. Student Conduct

  • Professionalism is expected at all times.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All methods, materials, and branding shared in class are the intellectual property of American Row™.

  • You may not record, reproduce, teach, or share the content without written permission.

  • Any misuse or unauthorized teaching is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Model Responsibility

  • You may be required to bring a live model. Requirements will be sent prior to class.

  • Failure to provide a model could affect your certification eligibility.

8. Liability Release

  • You accept full responsibility for your participation and any outcomes.

  • American Row™ and its educators are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from your participation.

9. Photo & Media Release

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded during class.

  • American Row™ may use this content in marketing, educational, and promotional materials.

American Row® Student Commitment

American Row® education represents years of learning, development, and care. As a student, I recognize the value of this education and the investment made by fellow stylists.

I commit to using what I learn to serve my clients and to respecting American Row® by not teaching its specific method to others or sharing its instructional materials without Mandy Baxter’s permission.

This is a voluntary statement of professional integrity and mutual respect. It is not intended to create a legally binding contract.
