I have been implementing the 15 Note System all week and it has revolutionized my entire approach not only to Notes and Substack but to the way I think about, organize, value, and execute my short form writing. I have been astounded to find that posting a well crafted Note 3 times a day using the prompts you provide has exposed my writing to a slew of new followers and subscribers. But the best part is that my confidence and conviction have strengthened and solidified. I have been writing for years and had a fairly good handle on my voice, but now I feel much more at the helm of it, if that makes sense? I'm the master of it, not the writer chasing after it one disjointed thought at a time on Notes. I'm thrilled to have been an early bird for this. Thank you!

I was skeptical of Substack notes from the start. I didn't want to get pulled into another algorithm-chasing trap, performing for metrics instead of doing real work. But Ben's 15-note system reframes what short-form can be. It's the first course I've seen that puts your unique perspective and ideas above viral formulas. Of course, the formula's are still there, but they are there to provide a container for your creativity to flourish. The focus shifts from obligation ("ugh, guess I need to churn out some short form today") to exploration helping you identify your core voice through structured practice. I've struggled with finding my voice for a long time, and this system makes short-form feel like the tool I didn't know I needed. I'm genuinely excited to dig in.

The 5 pillars make complete sense to me and I'm intrigued by the challenge of writing them in short form. When I read them, I'm already doing all of them in my long form writing. I really love that you are making Notes a genre. This is the essence of focus, of intellectual contributions, and it's key to resistance, a way of pushing back against the extremely effective propaganda that we are awash in, not only in the U.S., where I am, but globally. We can be constantly pushing against it by what we are demonstrating, whether we are directly addressing its assertions or not.

I am a newbie at substack and I was looking for help to find my voice on the platform. I had been on substack platform off and on over 9 months. While on the platform, I had been following Benjamin Antoine's work for quite some time. I love reading his work. When he told me about his 15 Note System. I jumped on it and haven't looked back. I feel like I have focus and direction now to fully explore and develop my voice with clarity using a system. As I develop my flow I know that whoever will be attracted to my work will come. I am glad I invested in the Note System. So far is easy to use, now the rest is up to me.

A structured system so I'm no longer just shooting in the dark. It allows me to focus on the actual writing.

When I first started on Substack Notes, I had no idea what to write. My ideas were last-minute, my Notes all started to sound the same, and my schedule was… let’s call it “haphazard.” Then I found Benjamin Antoine’s 15-Note system. The combination of his Pillar Swipe File and Notes Planner gave me a clear way forward. Now I post three unique Notes a day—and they actually get engagement.
