During this 60-90 minute call, we will discuss your miscarriage experience, what you went through, and where to go next.

Together, we will:

  • Walk back through your loss and allow you to tell your birth story

  • Make sense of what happened physically- including discussing provider visits if desired

  • Discuss common testing that occurs after loss, when it's typically offered, and how to ask for it

  • Build your list of questions to ask your provider at your follow-up appointment

  • Talk honestly about pros and cons of trying again, waiting, and not making a decision yet

NOTE: I am not a physician or counselor. I do NOT diagnose, interpret test results, or give medical advice. My role is to educate, prepare, and walk with you so you can make your own decisions with confidence.
