What the 60-minute session is for:
This is the core Underground™ session. It is appropriate for clients who have some experience with inner work, who are ready to go to the somatic level, and who want enough time for a full induction, depth work, and integration before returning.
What happens:
Pre-session orientation and safety establishment. Full hypnotic induction into theta state. Descent into the Underground™ space — beneath story, beneath identity. Guardian contact — acknowledging the part of you that learned to protect. Younger self contact if appropriate. Safety installation — a new message delivered at the nervous system level. Return and full grounding. Post-session debrief.
