• Catch-Up Bookkeeping: Behind by a few months or even a few years? We'll work through your past transactions and get your bookkeeping up to date.

• Commission & Expense Organization: We'll review and categorize your commission deposits, brokerage fees, marketing expenses, MLS dues, subscriptions, and other business expenses.

• Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: We'll compare your QuickBooks records with your bank and credit card statements, identify discrepancies, and work to get everything reconciled.

• Bookkeeping Review & Corrections: We'll look for duplicate transactions, uncategorized expenses, missing information, and other bookkeeping errors that need attention.

• Financial Reports: Once your cleanup is complete, we'll prepare updated Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports so you have a clearer picture of your business finances.

• CPA Collaboration: We'll work directly with your CPA, with your permission, to provide the financial reports they need and help answer bookkeeping questions. And if you don't have a CPA, we have a great one we'd be happy to connect you with!

• Final Bookkeeping Review: When we're finished, we'll walk you through what we cleaned up, explain anything that still needs attention, and answer your questions.
