Rates are based on double occupancy.
Guests who do not pay in full are required to maintain monthly installment payments to keep their reservation active and in good standing.
Please note that rates are subject to change until your deposit has been received. Single occupancy rates are substantially higher and may apply in the event of a roommate cancellation or if you choose to room alone.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Airport transportation is not included.
Recommended transportation options will be provided closer to travel; however, each guest will be responsible for arranging their own airport transfers. This policy allows greater flexibility as flight schedules, roommate arrangements, and travel plans often change leading up to departure.
DEPOSIT + BOOKING FEE POLICY
All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that your space is being reserved exclusively for you. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, schedule changes, personal emergencies, travel disruptions, or changes in plans.
This policy is necessary due to contractual commitments with our resort and retreat partners. Please ensure you are fully committed before securing your spot.
