"PERFECTION!" That is the only word that comes to mind when thinking about the Busy Bee team. As this is our first (and only) time getting married, we do not have anything to compare this event planning team to but I could not imagine there being a better team. They made planning this wedding as stress free as possible; with all the behind the scenes coordinating, constant communication with us, and utilizing and updating the Google Drive that they shared with us. Of course this was our wedding and we were going to have final say on everything but they did not bite their tongue on giving great insight and suggestions, when they thought it was necessary. This definitely helped us to have the perfect night and allowed us to party for as long as possible. You can tell that they are masters at their craft and planned for every possible negative outcome. Our outdoor wedding day ended up getting rained out BUT that did not put a damper on the day due to Busy Bee's planning and quick action. But my favorite part about the team and Bettina is that she genuinely cares about the couples and isn't just in this to collect a check. One night my fiance and I were on a Facetime call with her and we were both exhausted and low energy and Bettina did ask if everything was ok because she thought something was off, but she asked because she cares. Whereas most other people would be like "that's not my business, let me stay out of it and keep business, business". The fact that she does care means so much and I would choose her and her team 100 times out of 100.
