Tiny Tummies

Realistic toddler meals & snacks for busy parents and hungry little tummies.

If you're anything like me, you've probably Googled "toddler meal ideas" at least once while standing in front of the fridge wondering what on earth to make.

I'm not a chef.

I'm not a nutritionist.

I'm a paediatric nurse, mum and someone who knows exactly what it's like to have a toddler ask for a snack five minutes after finishing lunch.

This cookbook isn't about perfect eating.

It's not about fancy ingredients.

It's not about creating Pinterest-worthy lunchboxes.

It's about realistic food for real families.

I've spent countless hours saving recipes, buying ingredients with good intentions and trying meals that looked incredible online but were never going to happen in real life.

Because real life is busy.

Toddlers are unpredictable.

And some days we're just trying to get something onto a plate before everyone starts melting down.

Tiny Tummies was created from the recipes I actually make.

The breakfasts that make mornings easier.

The muffins I keep stocked in the freezer.

The snacks that survive the toddler taste test.

The dinners that feed the whole family without needing a separate meal for the kids.

The recipes I've made over and over again because they work.

Inside you'll find:

Over 70 toddler/child friendly recipes

🍌 Breakfasts

🧁 Muffins, bars & slices

Simple recipes.

Affordable ingredients.

The kind of recipes that work on busy Tuesdays.

The kind of recipes that make life feel a little easier.

I hope these recipes become as loved in your home as they are in ours.

Lara - mum of 2 under 2

Loved this cookbook from the moment I opened it. I've followed Steph for a long time and when she asked me to testa few recipes I was so excited and so willing. All I can say is that my toddler actually ate the nuggets and asked for more. The recipes were simple, realistic and didn't require a million ingredients.

I was asked by Steph to review some recipes before she started showing this to other mums.. I loved how easy the recipes were, how I usually had all the ingredients in the fridge or pantry. I was spending so much on supermarket snacks and I've just tried to incorporate a few of the recipes from tiny tummies to lower the cost, its been working great and my 3 year old loves them. I'm no longer searching google for recipes, its just all in one place onmy phone

Made so you have one less thing to think about.
