What it is
CS Workline is our front-loader cargo e-bike built for changing days and mixed loads. Two wheels up front put control where the load is. A low, open deck and modular mounts let you reconfigure fast—tools at 8, groceries at 5, camera gear on the weekend.

Returns

We want you to love your CS Workline. If you need to return it:

Window: [14/30]-day return period from delivery for bikes that are unused, unregistered, and in original packaging.
Condition: No ride wear, scratches, or modifications. Accessories must be unopened (unless defective).
Exclusions: Custom builds, used/demo units, and clearance items are final sale unless defective.
Return shipping: [Customer pays insured return shipping]; we can arrange a label and deduct the cost from your refund.

To start a return, email contact@ameccargocycle.com with your order number and clear photos of the bike/packaging. We’ll issue an RMA and instructions.

Method: Refunded to the original payment method (processing times may vary by bank).
Partial refunds: Deductions apply for missing parts, wear, damage, or non-resellable packaging.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange (e.g., different deck/config), we’ll help set it up and adjust billing as needed.
