A guided experience for professional and family caregivers who want to respond to difficult moments with greater confidence and emotional preparedness.
Caregiving asks a great deal of us. We may know the tasks and still feel unprepared when emotions rise, someone resists our help, the same question is asked again, or a conversation becomes tense.
Over four Wednesdays, we will slow those moments down. Each week, we will focus on one emotional intelligence superpower. You will have time between sessions to apply it, reflect, and return for coaching and feedback.
Inside the cohort, you will learn how to:
Recognize your triggers before they control your response.
Stay grounded during stressful interactions.
Look beneath difficult behavior.
Communicate in ways that build trust.
Apply emotional intelligence to real caregiving situations.
Registration closes Aug. 25th! Limited space; register today.
