Your content BFFs 👯‍♀️ Turning your creative ideas into grid-worthy content 🎥

You run the business. We’ll help tell its story.

You run the business. We’ll help tell its story.

Content creation, video production, and social media support made for real businesses with real things to do.

You know your business deserves to be seen. But figuring out what to post, finding time to film it, editing videos, writing captions, and actually getting everything published?

That's a whole job on its own.

Good news. It's literally ours.

We're Captivate Creative, a Central Ohio creative team helping businesses show up online with content that feels like them, connects with the right people, and gives them one less thing to worry about.

[LET'S TALK CONTENT →]

So, what exactly do we do?

Think of us as your creative team, without having to hire one in-house.

We help businesses plan, capture, create, and share content for their social media and marketing.

That can mean showing up with our cameras for a couple of hours, taking over your monthly social media content, or becoming an ongoing creative partner who helps bring your ideas to life.

Here's what that can look like:

Content Creation & Filming

We come to you (or meet at a location) and capture the photos, videos, behind-the-scenes moments, and stories that make your business yours.

Video Editing

Already have footage? Send it our way. We turn raw clips into polished, engaging videos ready for your audience.

Social Media Management

From planning what to post to writing captions, scheduling content, and keeping things moving, we help take social media off your daily to-do list.

Content Strategy & Creative Direction

Not sure what to say or where to start? We help find the stories, ideas, and opportunities that make sense for your business and the people you're trying to reach.

Creative Projects & Marketing Content

Launching something new? Hosting an event? Need promotional videos, photography, or a fresh approach to your marketing? We do that, too.

The best part? You don't have to choose just one.

No two businesses are the same. Why would their content packages be?

Some businesses need us once.

Some need us every month.

Some want us to handle everything.

And some just need a really good video editor.

We work with businesses in all kinds of industries, from real estate and healthcare to retail, hospitality, personal brands, and everything in between.

Whether you're a one-person operation or have a whole team behind you, we build our services around what you actually need.

No squeezing your business into a package that doesn't fit.

Here's how working together works.

01. Tell us a little about your business.

You don't need a content plan or a list of deliverables. Just tell us what you do, what's feeling overwhelming, and what you're hoping to accomplish.

02. We'll come up with a plan.

We'll recommend a combination of services, content sessions, or ongoing support that makes sense for your goals and budget.

03. We get to work.

We plan, film, edit, create, and help bring your content to life. You get to focus on running the business you worked so hard to build.

Good people. Great stories. Content that actually feels like you.

We're not here to make every business look, sound, and post exactly the same.

We're here to find what makes yours different.

The personalities behind it. The little details people don't always see. The expertise you've spent years building. The moments that make someone want to work with you before they've ever met you.

And yes, we promise to make filming a whole lot less awkward than you think.

Because creating content should feel exciting, not like another thing you have to survive on your calendar.

Okay, let's make this easier.

You don't have to know what you need. That's what we're here for.

Tell us a little about your business and what you're looking for. We'll take it from there and help you figure out the best next step.

[TELL US WHAT YOU NEED →]

No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation about what's possible.

Let's talk about your content.
