11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Focused Academy, their owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

12. Jurisdiction and Legal Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of this jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Affiliate Policy

The AI Focused Academy reserves the right to revoke affiliate links at any time. Affiliating the AFA is a privilege not a right. All Affiliates must adhere to the affiliate policy.

If a customer who was referred by an affiliate raises a dispute, the affiliate is required to reimburse the full affiliate commission earned from that sale.

Failure to reimburse the commission within the required timeframe may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of the affiliate's access to the community and affiliate program, at our sole discretion and in line with the affiliate policy.
