Relationships have a funny way of bringing our stuff to the surface. The person we love most can sometimes trigger the parts of us that need the most care - and before you know it, you’re both reacting rather than really listening or feeling heard.

Couples therapy with me isn’t about working out who’s right, who’s wrong, or taking sides. It’s about understanding the dynamic you’ve created together, where and why the triggers and issue come from, what sits underneath it all, why you keep ending up in the same place and learning tools to do it differently.

Whether you’re dealing with communication issues, intimacy, trust, infidelity, boundaries or simply feeling like you’ve lost your way back to each other, we’ll work together to understand what’s happening - and what you both want to do about it.

No judgement. No taking sides. No jargon. Just honest, practical therapy to help you understand each other and your relationship better.
