• Return shipping of the placenta to Heritage of Care after delivery

• Shipping of the completed capsules and keepsakes back to Blake

As part of this collaboration, Heritage of Care will provide the following at no additional service charge:

• Complete placenta encapsulation

• Luxury capsule packaging

• Mila’s Milk Keeper capsule container

• Placenta print

• Umbilical cord keepsake, if enough cord is available

• Heritage of Care encapsulation video, with permission to film and share

• Personalized affiliate link with $40 compensation for each completed booking made through Blake’s link

• The $50 shipping payment is non-refundable once the shipping kit has been prepared or mailed.

• Blake’s collection kit will be scheduled to ship approximately six weeks before her October 19 due date, once payment and the required client form have been completed.

• Final keepsake availability may depend on the condition and amount of placenta and umbilical cord received.

• All collaboration content should reflect Blake’s honest experience. No scripted review is required.

• Heritage of Care may share the encapsulation video and approved collaboration content across its social media and marketing channels.
