By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect:

When you register with the Company and/or this Site, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services, or other records or correspondence from the Company. You consent to receive notices electronically by way of transmitting the notice to you by email.

THE COMPANY ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE CONTENT OR TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT SHOULD THE COMPANY DETERMINE THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED THESE TERMS OF USE, OR THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED ANY OTHER RULES OR CONDITIONS OF THE COMPANY. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE DIGITAL PRODUCT, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OFFERED.
You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Company. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING THE COMPANY WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. ALL SALES OF PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. Prices for products offered by the Company may change at any time, and the Company does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, your sole remedy is a refund. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by the Company.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, EQUIPMENT, INFORMATION OR DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR GOODWILL, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF REPLACEMENT SERVICES, OR CLAIMS FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS, OCCASIONED BY ANY DEFECT IN THE SITE, THE CONTENT, AND/OR RELATED MATERIALS, THE INABILITY TO USE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER OR ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT THERETO, REGARDLESS OF THEORY OF LIABILITY. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OR IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
If your purchase includes calls with the Company, you are responsible for scheduling them. All bookings are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your call, please email CelestialTherapyBoutique@gmail.com with the subject "CALL CANCELLATION- [date & time of your call]" no less than 48 hours before your call. If you do not show up to your call or reschedule within 48 hours, you forfeit your call.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials, information, works and/or other content of whatever nature or media that you post or share on or through the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services that the Company may provide via the Site, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site or the services. The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such an event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Company.
The provisions of these Terms of Use are for the benefit of the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates and its third party content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Orange County, Florida. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Additional Terms & Conditions
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, online courses, downloadable resources, memberships, meditations, recordings, templates, and other digital content, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be provided once a purchase has been completed. By purchasing any digital product or service from the Company, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to request a refund based upon a change of mind, lack of use, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with subjective expectations, personal circumstances, or misunderstanding of the product description.
If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents access to your purchased product, please contact us at CelestialTherapyBoutique@gmail.com within seven (7) days of purchase. The Company will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement where appropriate. Refunds will only be considered if the Company determines that the purchased product cannot reasonably be delivered due to a technical failure that cannot be corrected.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting the Company to resolve the issue may result in immediate termination of access to all products, memberships, courses, services, certifications, and future purchases.
Appointment, Coaching & Live Event Policy
All private sessions, coaching appointments, consultations, hypnotherapy sessions, Family Constellation sessions, Galactic Akashic Starseed Family Constellations®, psychic readings, mediumship sessions, Akashic Records sessions, energy healing sessions, Reiki sessions, workshops, live classes, certifications, retreats, and group events are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled one (1) time with at least forty-eight (48) hours written notice by emailing CelestialSoulSpace@gmail.com.
Missed appointments, late cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice shall be forfeited without refund or credit.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. If the Company must cancel a scheduled appointment and an alternative date cannot reasonably be arranged, the Company may issue a refund for that specific service at its sole discretion.
Medical, Mental Health & Spiritual Disclaimer
The information, products, services, memberships, digital downloads, online courses, certifications, consultations, coaching, educational materials, workshops, webinars, retreats, live events, readings, channeling, intuitive guidance, hypnotherapy, meditation recordings, Family Constellation sessions, Galactic Akashic Starseed Family Constellations®, Reiki, sound healing, energy healing, psychic mediumship, Akashic Records sessions, multidimensional teachings, consciousness education, and all other offerings provided by the Company are intended solely for educational, informational, personal development, and spiritual growth purposes.
Participation in any offering does not establish a psychologist-patient relationship, physician-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, counselor-client relationship, or any other licensed healthcare provider relationship unless a separate written informed consent and professional services agreement has been executed where legally permitted.
Nothing offered by the Company is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, psychiatric condition, mental health disorder, or disease. No information provided by the Company should be interpreted as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or psychiatric emergency, immediately contact 911, your local emergency services, or proceed to the nearest emergency department. If you are experiencing thoughts of harming yourself or others, immediately contact emergency services or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (or the equivalent crisis service within your country).
Individual experiences with hypnosis, meditation, intuitive guidance, energy healing, consciousness exploration, psychic development, spiritual practices, mediumship, channeling, and multidimensional teachings vary greatly. The Company makes no guarantees regarding healing, transformation, financial success, psychic abilities, spiritual experiences, business outcomes, relationships, or any specific result.
You acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary and that you assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, legal, and financial well-being, decisions, and actions.
The Company respects all religious, spiritual, scientific, and philosophical perspectives. All intuitive impressions, psychic readings, Akashic Records sessions, mediumship communications, channeled material, multidimensional information, and consciousness teachings are presented as educational and spiritual perspectives only and should not be relied upon as factual statements, guarantees, predictions, or substitutes for independent judgment or licensed professional care.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services at its sole discretion whenever participation is determined to be outside the scope of the Company's offerings or otherwise inappropriate.
Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions, including all disclaimers, limitations of liability, refund policies, and user obligations, apply to every product, service, consultation, educational program, certification, membership, digital product, workshop, retreat, event, private session, group session, coaching program, downloadable resource, subscription, live or recorded training, customized service, and any other offering provided by the Company, whether existing now or developed in the future.
These Terms also apply to any offering that is discussed, recommended, customized, created, or provided for an individual client or participant, whether or not that specific offering is expressly identified within these Terms & Conditions.
By purchasing, accessing, scheduling, participating in, or using any offering provided by the Company, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
