WHAT THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:
On-site forensic roof evaluation
Photographic documentation of observable conditions
Structured written loss definition
Third-party roof or roof and wall measurement report
Detailed Xactimate repair or full replacement estimate
All findings are documented and delivered electronically in a structured package.
TURNAROUND:
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after inspection and receipt of required documents.
Expedited 72-hour service is available for an additional $150.
SERVICE AREA:
Maryland, within a 50-mile radius, is included.
DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Delaware may be considered upon request.
Travel outside 50 miles is quoted on a case-by-case basis before confirmation.
IMPORTANT BOUNDARIES:
This service does not include insurance negotiation, policy interpretation, legal advice, carrier communication, or representation.
Payment is required in full before scheduling.
Cancellations after scheduling are subject to a $150 administrative fee.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule.
If prior estimates, reports, or denial letters exist, they must be submitted before drafting begins.
