This practice is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, lost, or at a crossroads and is ready to find a different way through, and equally for anyone who has simply felt called to begin a meditation practice and is looking for the right place to start.
Whether life feels difficult right now or you are simply ready to come home to yourself, you are in the right place.
Back to Your Roots is a four-week guided meditation practice designed to bring you home. Not to a place, but to yourself. To the steadiness that has always been there, even when life made it hard to feel.
Each week builds gently on the last, guiding you deeper into your body, your breath, and your own inner ground.
You will work with Guided Meditations, a Breathwork Practice called Sama Vritti, a beautifully designed journal with reflective questions, affirmations and weekly trackers, and the tools to carry your practice with you through the day.
This is what you will experience across the four weeks:
Week One — Earth and Body. Arriving in the body, connecting with the earth beneath you and beginning to feel the roots that have always been holding you in place.
Week Two — Standing Rooted. Growing tall from your foundation, finding your inner steadiness and learning to sit with both the comfortable and the uncomfortable.
Week Three — Calling Your Energy Back. Sensing where your energy has gone and learning to breathe it home, using breath and mantra to reclaim yourself.
Week Four — The Heart. Travelling from your roots all the way into the heart, breathing in and out of that space and beginning to hear the whispers of what your heart most needs.
This practice is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, lost, or at a crossroads and is ready to find a different way through, and equally for anyone who has felt called to begin a meditation practice and is looking for the right place to start.
Each week includes a guided Meditation audio, a Sama Vritti breathwork audio, and a downloadable printable PDF journal designed to support and deepen your practice.
No experience of meditation is needed. Simply a willingness to arrive.
