Giulia

I had the opportunity to book a career coaching session with Claudia De Luca, and it was equally impactful. Her approach is insightful, supportive, and highly professional. The session helped me gain clarity, refine my positioning, and significantly boost my confidence ahead of interviews. I would highly recommend both the book and Claudia’s coaching to anyone serious about taking their career to the next level. I bought Claudia's book Million Dollar Job Interview Secrets: The Ultimate Guide to Interview Performance and Transforming Your Mindset and is an incredibly practical and empowering read. The book goes beyond typical interview tips, it truly helps shift your mindset, build confidence, and approach interviews with clarity and purpose. The strategies are clear, actionable, and easy to apply, making it a valuable resource for anyone looking to improve their performance.

Unless otherwise stated, free resources are provided for individual, non-commercial educational use.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the relevant communication or by contacting:

info@contentspecialist.com.au

We will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Purchases may be processed through Stan Store and its supported third-party payment service providers.

Customers agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to use payment methods they are authorised to use.

An order confirmation or payment receipt may be issued electronically.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled because of an error, technical problem, suspected fraud or product unavailability, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the issue, which may include providing a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

Any stated access period will apply, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Where lifetime access is expressly advertised, the meaning, scope and limitations of that commitment must be clearly specified in the relevant product description.

Clients agree to provide relevant and accurate information and participate respectfully in agreed activities.

13.3 Results and outcomes

We do not guarantee particular employment outcomes, salary increases, promotions, business revenue, personal transformation or other specific results.

Individual outcomes depend on factors including personal circumstances, experience, effort, market conditions and decisions made by third parties.

14. Live appointments and professional services

At present, live appointments, individual coaching sessions, mentoring appointments and consulting bookings are not offered for direct purchase through our Stan Store.

If these services become available in the future, their specific booking, cancellation, rescheduling and payment conditions will be communicated before purchase.

15. Refunds, cancellations and consumer rights

15.1 General refund policy

All purchases of digital products, including ebooks, downloadable guides, templates, digital publications, recorded educational materials and online courses, are generally considered final once the digital content has been supplied or access has been provided.

We do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read product descriptions or a customer's decision not to use the purchased materials, except where otherwise expressly agreed.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer rights that apply under relevant legislation.

15.2 Australian customers

Australian customers are protected by the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable consumer guarantees.

Where a digital product or service does not meet a statutory consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in our no-refund policy overrides these rights.

15.3 European Union customers

EU consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for qualifying distance purchases, including a withdrawal period of 14 days in many circumstances.

For digital content supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost only where the applicable legal requirements are satisfied, including the customer's prior express consent to immediate performance, acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right and any required contractual confirmation.

Where these requirements have not been satisfied, the customer may retain the applicable statutory withdrawal right.

Rights relating to faulty or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

15.4 United Kingdom customers

UK customers retain applicable rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

For qualifying digital content, cancellation rights may be affected by immediate delivery only where the necessary consent, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements have been met.

Customers retain applicable statutory remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content.

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable for change of mind, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable federal or state law or has been expressly offered.

Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We will assess requests in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.15.1 Australian customers

Where a product or service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, compensation or another statutory remedy, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

15.2 European Union customers

EU consumers may have mandatory rights under applicable national legislation implementing EU consumer protection laws, including rules concerning digital content, digital services, distance contracts and withdrawal rights.

Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, consumers will be provided with the legally required information and procedures.

For digital content supplied immediately, any loss of the statutory withdrawal right will occur only where the relevant legal conditions have been satisfied, including any required prior express consent and acknowledgement.

Where applicable law requires a specific withdrawal form, confirmation or additional checkout mechanism, these will be provided separately.

Mandatory rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

15.3 United Kingdom customers

UK consumers may have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where applicable.

These may include remedies for faulty digital content or services and statutory cancellation rights for certain distance purchases.

Where immediate digital delivery affects cancellation rights, we will obtain any consent and acknowledgement required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15.4 United States customers

Refunds and cancellation rights for US customers will be determined by the applicable product terms and relevant federal or state consumer protection laws.

Any advertised refund policy, mandatory disclosure or legally required cancellation right will be honoured.

15.5 Canadian customers

Canadian customers may have rights under applicable federal and provincial consumer protection legislation, including rules governing online contracts, required disclosures, cancellation rights and remedies for non-delivery or misrepresentation.

These mandatory protections remain applicable notwithstanding any general refund limitations in these Terms.

Customers in other countries retain mandatory rights under applicable local consumer protection laws where those laws govern the transaction.

15.7 Change-of-mind requests

Where no statutory cancellation, withdrawal or refund right applies, change-of-mind refunds are not automatically available unless expressly offered in the relevant product description or refund policy.

We may consider discretionary refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

18. Third-party platforms and services

Our products and services may be delivered or supported through third-party platforms, including Stan Store, payment providers, video-conferencing services, learning platforms and social media networks.

These providers may have their own terms, privacy policies and technical requirements.

20. Educational and professional disclaimers

Our content is intended for general information, education and professional development.

Although we aim to provide accurate and useful information, we do not warrant that every resource will be suitable for every individual's circumstances.

Career, business, leadership and personal development decisions should be made with consideration of individual circumstances and, where appropriate, independent professional advice.

We do not guarantee employment, promotion, business profitability, investment returns, academic success or any other specific result.

References to neuroscience, psychology, wellbeing or behaviour are provided for general educational purposes unless a service is expressly described otherwise.

Such information is not a substitute for individual assessment or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for misleading representations, failure to exercise legally required care and skill, or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21.1 Use of artificial intelligence in our products and services

ContentSpecialist, PERSONA Plus and Dr Claudia De Luca may use artificial intelligence (AI) and other digital technologies to support certain aspects of content development, research assistance, editing, design, administration, educational activities and service delivery.

Where AI-assisted tools are used, we aim to apply appropriate human oversight, professional judgement and quality-control processes.

Although we endeavour to provide accurate, relevant and reliable information, AI-assisted content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies or outdated information.

Customers are encouraged to exercise independent judgement and verify information before relying on it for important academic, professional, business, financial or personal decisions.

We do not guarantee that AI-assisted content will be entirely error-free or suitable for every individual circumstance.

Nothing in this section excludes any applicable statutory consumer guarantees or remedies.

21.2 Intellectual property and AI-generated reproduction

Unless expressly authorised in writing or permitted by applicable law, customers must not use our proprietary materials to:

  1. Train, fine-tune or develop commercial AI models or datasets.

  2. Reproduce, substantially replicate or commercially redistribute our copyrighted materials through generative AI systems.

  3. Create and distribute unauthorised derivative products that reproduce protected elements of our materials.

  4. Upload confidential, restricted or licensed materials to public AI platforms where doing so would breach intellectual property, confidentiality or contractual obligations.

  5. Misrepresent AI-generated reproductions of our content as independently developed original work.

These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable intellectual property, contract and consumer protection laws.

21.3 Plagiarism and academic integrity

Our educational materials are intended to support learning, professional development and the ethical application of knowledge.

Customers, learners and participants must not present our copyrighted materials, original frameworks, written content or other protected works as their own original creations without appropriate attribution or permission.

Where our resources are used in academic or professional settings, users are responsible for complying with the academic integrity, citation, referencing and AI-use requirements of their institution, employer or professional organisation.

Plagiarism, contract cheating, unauthorised reproduction and deliberate misrepresentation of authorship are not permitted in connection with our educational programmes or services.

21.4 Responsible use of AI by customers

Customers may use AI tools to support their personal learning and understanding of our educational materials, provided that such use:

  • Complies with applicable law and these Terms.

  • Does not infringe our intellectual property rights.

  • Does not involve unauthorised redistribution of protected materials.

  • Respects confidentiality and privacy obligations.

  • Complies with relevant academic or professional integrity requirements.

Using AI tools for personal learning does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, publish, resell or commercially exploit our proprietary content.

21.5 No guarantee of AI detection or originality assessments

We do not guarantee that AI-detection, plagiarism-detection or automated originality assessment tools are fully accurate or capable of conclusively determining whether content was created by a human or an AI system.

Any such tools used in our educational or consulting activities will be treated as supporting indicators rather than definitive proof of misconduct.

Where an assessment of suspected misconduct is undertaken as part of a service, we will apply appropriate professional judgement and any applicable procedural requirements.

21.6 Professional and educational responsibility

Customers remain responsible for how they use information, recommendations, templates, learning materials and AI-assisted outputs provided through our products or services.

Our educational resources do not replace independent professional advice or institutional requirements.

We are not responsible for a customer's independent plagiarism, academic misconduct, unauthorised AI use or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or our legal responsibility for the products and services we supply.

22. Testimonials and customer feedback

We may publish testimonials, reviews and feedback where we have an appropriate legal basis and any necessary permission.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed outcomes.

We will not knowingly publish materially misleading testimonials or misrepresent the nature of customer experiences.

Customers who provide feedback retain any rights that cannot lawfully be transferred or waived.

Any licence to reproduce customer-submitted content will be limited to the permissions expressly provided or otherwise lawfully obtained.

23. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from a customer's independent decisions where no legal responsibility attaches to us.

We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses to the extent that such liability may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies:

  • Mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.

  • Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Liability for death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited.

  • Liability arising from wilful misconduct where exclusion is prohibited.

  • Any other right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law permits a limitation of liability, any limitation will operate only to the extent legally enforceable.

These Terms do not impose a blanket financial cap on statutory consumer remedies.

24. Events beyond reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Such events may include natural disasters, significant infrastructure failures, government restrictions, major platform outages or other exceptional circumstances.

Where an event affects service delivery, we will take reasonable steps to communicate with affected customers and provide appropriate alternatives or remedies.

This provision does not remove mandatory rights to cancellation, refunds or other remedies.

25. Complaints and dispute resolution

If you experience a problem with a purchase, product or service, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter.

Email: info@contentspecialist.com.au

Please provide sufficient information to identify the transaction and explain your concern.

We will review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Customers retain the right to seek assistance from applicable consumer protection authorities, regulators, courts or legally available dispute-resolution bodies.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

26. Governing law and international consumer protections

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

Where a customer resides outside Australia, this governing-law provision does not deprive that customer of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of their country or region.

In particular, consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada and other jurisdictions may retain non-waivable statutory rights concerning purchases, digital content, distance contracts, unfair contract terms and consumer remedies.

Any dispute-resolution or jurisdictional arrangements will apply only to the extent permitted by the laws governing the relevant transaction.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to surrender the protection of mandatory local laws or prevents them from bringing proceedings in a court where they have a non-waivable legal right to do so.

27. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, technology, operating practices or legal requirements.

Updated Terms will be published on our website or relevant digital storefront with a revised effective date.

Changes will generally apply prospectively.

Where an existing contract is affected by a proposed material change, we will provide any notice, choice or consent required by the agreement or applicable law.

We will not use changes to these Terms to retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights or impose unlawful contractual obligations.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or severed to the minimum extent necessary, where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent that they remain lawful and enforceable.

29. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the relevant product description, applicable booking or service agreement, and any other terms expressly incorporated into the transaction, constitute the agreement governing the relevant purchase or service.

Nothing in this section excludes representations, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights arising from misleading or deceptive conduct.

6. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies, personal information will be processed using an appropriate lawful basis.

Depending on the activity, this may include:

Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil purchases, deliver requested resources or provide agreed services.

Consent: Processing based on a voluntary agreement, including optional promotional emails and certain tracking technologies where consent is required.

Legitimate interests: Processing necessary for lawful business administration, fraud prevention, security, customer support and service improvement, provided the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.

Legal obligations: Processing required for taxation, accounting, regulatory compliance and other legal duties.

We will not rely on legitimate interests to override electronic marketing consent requirements where consent is legally necessary.

Where processing is based on consent, individuals may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing undertaken before withdrawal.

7. Free ebooks and complimentary resources

We may offer free ebooks, guides, templates and educational resources through Stan Store or other authorised channels.

When you request a free resource, we may collect your name and email address to deliver the material and provide necessary communications related to your request.

Downloading a free resource does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.

Where marketing consent is required, we request it separately through an optional mechanism.

You may decline optional marketing consent and still receive a free resource advertised as available without a marketing subscription.

We do not treat acceptance of our Terms and Conditions as automatic consent to promotional communications.

8. Email marketing and consent

8.1 Voluntary subscription

We may invite customers and visitors to subscribe to newsletters, educational resources, product updates and promotional communications.

Where consent is required, it will be requested through a separate, optional checkbox or another legally valid mechanism.

The checkbox will not be pre-selected.

Marketing communications may relate to ContentSpecialist, PERSONA Plus and Dr Claudia De Luca, as disclosed in the subscription wording.

8.2 Consent records

We aim to maintain appropriate records of marketing consent, including, where available:

  • The date and source of registration.

  • The consent wording presented.

  • The customer's recorded choice.

  • Subscription preferences.

  • Withdrawal or unsubscribe information.

Records will be maintained through the available platform functionality and any additional lawful recordkeeping arrangements required.

8.3 Unsubscribing

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the relevant email or by contacting:

info@contentspecialist.com.au

We will process unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable law.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or service-related communications where these are otherwise lawful.

8.4 Stan Store and email communications

We currently use Stan Store as our primary digital storefront and platform for distributing digital products, collecting customer information and managing communications associated with our store.

Where supported and enabled, Stan Store may assist with email collection, subscriber management, promotional communications and related administration.

Personal information processed through Stan Store may include names, email addresses, transaction information, subscription preferences and relevant technical data.

Our use of Stan Store does not remove our responsibility to obtain valid marketing consent, respect unsubscribe requests or comply with applicable privacy and electronic marketing legislation.

If we introduce additional email marketing providers, we will update our disclosures where necessary.

9. Sharing personal information and service providers

We may disclose personal information to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate our business, deliver products or meet legal obligations.

Our principal digital storefront is Stan Store.

Depending on the relevant transaction and platform configuration, other recipients may include:

  • Payment processors supporting Stan Store transactions.

  • Hosting and technical infrastructure providers.

  • Email delivery and communication service providers.

  • Providers involved in delivering purchased digital products.

  • Professional advisers, including accountants and legal advisers.

  • Regulators, authorities or other recipients where disclosure is legally required.

Stan Store and its associated providers may process information under their own applicable privacy and contractual arrangements.

We do not sell customer email lists or personal information to unrelated third parties for their independent direct marketing purposes.

Where required by applicable law, we will implement appropriate contractual, technical and organisational safeguards when engaging service providers.

10. International data transfers

Our business operates from Australia and provides digital products and educational resources to customers internationally.

Personal information may be transferred to, accessed from or processed in countries other than the country in which the customer resides.

For example, information provided through Stan Store may be processed through the platform's infrastructure, payment providers and other authorised service providers.

The countries involved and applicable safeguards depend on the relevant providers and their processing arrangements.

Where the EU GDPR or UK GDPR applies to an international transfer, we will comply with the applicable requirements concerning lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards.

These may include adequacy arrangements, applicable standard contractual clauses or other legally recognised mechanisms, where appropriate.

We will not represent that a particular transfer safeguard is in place unless it has been verified.

Where Australian privacy legislation applies, we will also address any applicable obligations concerning overseas disclosure of personal information.

Customers may contact us at info@contentspecialist.com.au to request further information about relevant international data processing and transfer arrangements.

11. Data storage, retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods may depend on the type of information and the purpose of processing.

For example:

  • Purchase and accounting records may be retained for legally required periods.

  • Customer enquiries may be retained for an appropriate period to resolve issues.

  • Marketing subscription information may be retained while there is a lawful basis for processing.

  • Unsubscribe records may be retained where necessary to respect communication preferences.

  • Consent records may be retained where necessary to demonstrate compliance.

Where information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, destroy or de-identify it, subject to legal requirements and available platform functionality.

We aim to implement appropriate safeguards, including access controls, authentication and the use of reputable service providers.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is entirely risk-free.

12. Cookies and website analytics

Our digital storefront is operated through Stan Store, a third-party ecommerce platform.

Stan Store and associated technical service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as website functionality, security, transaction processing, digital product delivery and platform analytics.

At the date of this Policy, we have not configured Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or other optional advertising tracking integrations in the tracking settings of our Stan Store.

Sharing our Stan Store link through Instagram or other social media platforms does not, by itself, activate those optional integrations.

However, this does not mean that Stan Store or other platforms involved in a visitor's journey are entirely free of cookies or similar technologies.

Where required by applicable law, visitors must receive appropriate information and any necessary choices concerning non-essential cookies or tracking technologies.

We will review the tracking technologies used by our platforms and implement applicable consent measures where required.

If we introduce additional analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting or similar technologies in the future, we will update our disclosures and implement any legally required consent controls.

13. Social media and third-party websites

We may promote our products and services through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other online platforms.

When individuals interact with those platforms, the relevant providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.

Our website and digital products may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We do not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties.

Users are encouraged to review the privacy information provided by the relevant platforms.

14. Automated processing and artificial intelligence

We may use automated systems and artificial intelligence tools to support appropriate business activities, including content development, editing, educational resource preparation and administrative processes.

Where personal information is processed using such technologies, we will assess the applicable privacy, security and legal requirements.

We do not intend to use solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without complying with any applicable legal obligations.

Where automated marketing segmentation or other profiling is introduced, we will provide additional disclosures or choices where legally required.

We encourage customers not to provide unnecessary sensitive personal information through general enquiry forms or communications.
